체크인부터 체크아웃까지 친절한 응대가 좋았다. 처음에 주차장을 찾기가 어려워 힘든 부분이 있었다. 아침식사가 훌륭했고 직원들은 친절했다.

We were forced to stay in a hotel that smelled strongly of cigarettes and whose fan and air conditioning were both broken. We asked for help, were told someone would come yo our room, then were left waiting for an hour and a half until we were told there was nothing they could do, but asked us to leave for an hour so they could run some kind of machine to try to mitigate the smell. I’m not sure they did anything- because we went back to the room two hours later only to have it smell the same. We left the patio door open and went to go get dinner, but then were informed that the restaurant and the pool were closing early for a private party. We asked if we could have another room, and were told no. They offered us two drink vouchers only. We went out to get dinner and came back to the fan and air conditioning not working again. We called for help again, and someone came up, agreed that it didn’t work, and then said there was nothing they could do because their maintenance person would have to deal with it the next day. So stuck for a very hot night in a disgusting smelling room to wake up with my eyes swollen from the gross air. Staff did nothing but shrug their shoulders and take our money. They should have just offered us a refund and let us go get another hotel. Or should have a manual fan or AC unit at least instead of having ZERO solutions. Terrible experience and terrible service.

I had the BEST risotto of my whole Portugal trip here, the tuna. The staff was lovely and it was so easy to bolt between Cascais and Lisbon proper!

Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen och tågen går ofta till Cascais. Det tar ca 30 min att gå dit längs strandpromenaden om man föredrar det. Hotellet har en fantastisk pool och många stolar. God mat i restaurangen.

Excellent location and beautifully designed. Very comfortable beds and extremelly clean! Lovely views from balcony of the sea. Staff were very helpful with lots of local knowledge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of selection. Train station is a few mintes walk, which will take you into the city.

Hyvä ja siisti huone. Hiljainen ilmastointi. Hyvät maisemat. Läheisen tien melu kuuluu jonkin verran, itseä ei juuri häirinnyt.

This was one of the most beautiful hotel in the Cascais. I highly recommend it.

Great place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly and overall experience was great. The only thing not up to our expectations was the massage in the spa - not worth the money.

The staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating! The rooftop restaurant is a must try, especially at sunset! I went three times during my stay!

Great location. Great ocean view, a lot to do in the neighborhood. train to Cascais only 7 minute walk. great breakfast offerings. nice rooftop bar, gym sauna and pool.

Equipe de funcionários excelente, super educados e prestativos. Quartos limpos, camas boas, toalhas ok. Bar com ótimos drinks e chopp gelado.

Fint værelse med udsigt. Dog meget trafiklarm, så altanen ikke var så anvendelig.

I love this hotel so much that extended my stay twice n don’t want to leave! The staff is amazing n so all the amenities n the spa 🔝 My only suggestion is for it is to have body lotion at the rooms as there were none. I can’t wait to be back!
