The rooms are very small but the staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and I felt safe during my stay.

Excelente todo. Solo que no me gustó mucho la actitud de algunos empleados, especialemente en el restaurante y el bar. Algunas actuaban como que estabamos pidiendo. Lo demás 10/10

I enjoyed the ambiance and overall aesthetic of the place; it had a charming and inviting atmosphere. However, I did encounter a language barrier, as none of the staff seemed fluent in English, which made communication a bit challenging. Additionally, I found the breakfast menu to be somewhat limited, offering only a few options rather than a broader selection. It would have been nice to have more variety to choose from to start the day off right.

This is so cute and nicely done and the staff were excellent at trying to help and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, I reserved and paid for a room with a king bed which was not available. We were taken to the smallest room with the smallest bed. The only other room was slightly larger with 2 small beds, I believe they would be a full size which doesn’t really work when you’re over 6” tall! We also were instructed that it was not safe to just go walk down the street so there is also that. The staff was excellent at trying to help us, I would just confirm that you are getting the correct room with the correct size bed!

What an amazing hotel very clean and safe. Room is spacing. Food was poor, they need to change their menu. The ladies in the restaurant are not too welcoming. The front desk young men are so helpful and friendly . Poolside loved it. I give a 7.5 out 10. Just because the food was not good and the service in the restaurant. Over all everything was great!

This hotel is really nice and clean. The rooms are delightful and clean. the pool area beautiful but food was horrible. The guys in the front desk are really helpful and kind. I didn’t like the restaurant food or service.

The property was nice and clean. You saw the employees working and keeping it up to par.

Hotel was Beautiful and Clean. The only problem we had was communicating with some of the staff because they didn’t speak English (but i can’t put all the blame on them, we were in their country!!) The problem we had was dining in the restaurant. The waitress was rude and it took use 1:45 to get our food. We were the only one in the restaurant!! She walked by us numerous time without checking on us and when we tried to get her attention she ignored us or act like we were bothering her. My husband had to go to the Front Desk and complain. Our food came 10 min later with an excuse from the waitress. She said they had a lot of orders from the pool and it takes time!! DID I SAY WE WERE THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTURANT!! They should have through our order in somewhere between all the orders from the pool. Other than that, I’d stay there again and ORDER FROM THE POOL!!

Very nice hotel with clean rooms. The pool area was very relaxing.

We loved the hotel (very nice, clean and the service was good). We love music, but there was very loud music the whole day and a great part of the night. When we were around the pool, we could hardly understand each other. Even when we were in the room, with everything closed, you could hear the music. Maybe it was because of the celebration of the independence day, but it really was exhausting

We stayed one night before boarding our cruise in La Romana. It took over an hour to arrive from Punta Cana. We did not get a chance to explore the area but the hotel itself is quaint and clean and the pool area is a good size. Our room was on the small side but that wasn’t a problem since we just came to sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly and this place provides great value. We would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the cleaning personnel were very good at their job. I highly recommend
