Cortinas rotas, la estufa no funcionaba, ni el microondas, la contraseña de acceso al edificio no era la correcta y se tardaron 15 minutos en darnos la correcta. Solo tienen una olla para cocinar.

The apartment is in a useful location, only 2 blocks from the beach and near to restaurants, atm, convenience store, and a pharmacy. Convenient and safe. It has an elevator and electronic door locks that take a moment to figure out how to get the keypad to display. Self parking was easy. We had no problems with theft. There is construction going on nearby (as is everywhere) but was of no impact. The property is located between 2 event centres (La Ferro Jardín & Atlantis Event Centre) which had loud music until about 1am on three nights. The room #9 was not furnished as pictured. The kitchen has wood cabinets, there is no chandelier, no coffee tables, no art work. The paint was peeling on the walls by the windows, and it was not very clean. There was a problem 2 days with the water pump so there was no tap water or ability to flush the toilet each time. It was promptly fixed each time (within 4 hours). The #9 had a shower hot water tap valve broken, so we shut the master valve off to the hot water tank in order to shut the shower off. We had to prove that we had 2 adults booked to get the second bed’s linen. There was no hairdryer, nor was one provided when asked. Gabriela (property manager) was polite and responsive. The rooftop patio has a charcoal grill (you buy your own). There are not any tables, chairs, nor any loungers for resting on the roof patio. Handy location but noisy.

Great location, but the suite was not clean and lacked basic amenities like a complete set of sheets on the bed.

BOKED THIS HOTEl/APARTMENT AND RHEY WERE NOT GOOD TO TWLL ME THAT THIS WAS ALREADY BOOKED TO ANOTHER DAMILY THE SAME DATS AS ME. THE DAY I ARRIVED THEY MENTIONED WE COULDN’T STAY THERE BECAUSE OTHER DAMILY WAS ALREADY USING THIS. THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER OPTION BUT IT WAS VERY FAR AWAY FROM WHERE I WANTED TO STAY. THEY SAID RHEY WERE GING TO REIMBURSE MY MONEY AND ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND ALL O HEAR IS “we are in process” PLUS THEY WERE ASKING EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF MEXICAN PESOS LIKE IF I HAD PAID IN PESOS. I PAID DOLLARS!!!!!!!! They should be giving a receipt from the beginning to avoid this issues and they should be checking NOT TO dO DOUBLE RESERVATIONS!!!!!!

Es un lugar nuevo y “bonito” a la vista, pero una edificación barata y rápida ya que es un lugar con algunas deficiencias: 1- La zona de la regadera tiene hongos y lo peor que se queda toda el agua con la que te estás bañando hasta tus tobillos, la regadera no tiene alguna repisa para dejar tu shampoo o jabón y por obvias razones no puedes dejarlas en el piso. 2- Si sueles tener migraña o vértigo como yo, no es el lugar adecuado ya que las luces parpadean todo el tiempo. 3- La zona de la alberca no cuenta con ninguna sombrilla para el sol, y aparte las escaleras para entrar a la alberca están en muy mal estado y peligrosas, ya que solo la montaron en una estructura provisional que por cierto ya está oxidado y picado (por romperse) 4- No hay una recepción donde puedan atenderte y mucho menos resuelven tus problemas en el número que te asignan, nosotros dinos informes de los detalles que había y solicitamos si nos podían cambiar de habitación, a lo que nos comentaron que el lugar estaba lleno y mandarían a un encargado de mantenimiento, pero la persona nunca llegó y fue mentira que el lugar estaba lleno, solo estaban dos habitaciones más ocupadas y todo el lugar estaba vacío, por lo que creo que todas las habitaciones están igual y no había caso que nos cambiaran a otro loft. 5- el estacionamiento está por fuera sin protección Por cuestiones laborales tuvimos que quedarnos otro día y obviamente, nos fuimos a hospedar a otro lugar.
