과일이 맛있음. 종류가 다양하진 않으나 계속 신경써주는 느낌.

친절하고 안전합니다. 시내와는 거리가 있지만 우버 컴포트를 부르면 잘 잡히구요. 피라미드뷰는 예술입니다. 조식도 적당히 다양하고 신선했구요. 과일주스 시켜먹어보니 맛있었는데, 옆테이블 저녁식사메뉴도 잘 나오더라구요. 호텔 식음도 무난히 괜찮습니다. 저렴한 가격에 마사지를 할 수 있었는데 제법 괜찮습니다!!

The service was overall just okay; however, the bed linen had stains on and seemed to be used for so many times.

방은 작은데 자는데는 문제가 없습니다. 레스토랑은 후기대로 맛있어요. 가격도 합리적입니다. 다만, 엘레베이터에 암내가 심하게나요. 그리고 리셉션에 직원분이 영어를 잘못하는것 같아요. 다른건 이집트 같지 않게 팁달라고 귀찮게 안해서 좋아요.

Tudo era ótimo, a vista, os funcionários. Único ponto é a comida. É bem caro para a qualidade ofertada. Foi opção minha jantar todos os dias no hotel, pela comodidade e medo de locomoção à noite na cidade. Mas provavelmente encontraríamos um local mais barato. Os preços são em dólar, o que faz para nós brasileiros, sair caro a alimentação. Gastávamos em torno de 150 reais na janta, algo que no Brasil já é considerado caro. Mas o restante foi tudo excelente. Hotel bem equipado, cheiroso, com funcionários cordiais.

As instalações, quarto, funcionários, todos foram atenciosos e gentis. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é a comida, no café da manhã, haviam poucas opções.

Personale cortese,purtroppo la pulizia delle camere e in generale della struttura lascia a desiderare. Abbiamo anche riscontrato qualche problema tecnico relativa alla serratura o chiave elettronica.

Positive:The staff at this property were very polite and professional. Hassan the gentleman that worked at the pool area was a great person, always polite and helpful. The waiters that serviced dinner at night were very professional and great. Negative: The food at this Hotel was Poor. You ordered Pizza, and you received bread and cheese that was not baked thoroughly. Pasta was never done right. We started taking Uber and eating outside at other places because food was not that good. Positive: The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop of the Hotel was A+ amazing. Negative: The area where the hotel is located is run down, with main road in front of it, car washes, construction sites and run down buildings. Positive: Hotel is located very close, to main historic sites, 7 minutes drive, to the Giza Plateau and Grand Egyptian Museum.

Cleanliness is terrible .. the rooms are not what they promote you can barely have space to put your luggage , and the bathroom has glass walls.. you have to close a courtain every time you want to use it …. The towels are so old that instead of white they are gray and looks dirty… and they never change them trough all my stay. The room floors are really dirty and the carpet is absolutely full of dirt. The rooms reserved are advertised like DELUXE pyramid front view , but that is not what you get….The breakfast service is terrible , they charge you for a coffee if you want a better one than the instant coffee they serve .

A special thank you to Hassan, who is not only a phenomenal masseur but also a kind soul with healing hands and a wealth of knowledge. His energy and professionalism added so much to our experience. Our time in Alexandria was brought to life by the incredible Professor Hassan, our tour lead, whose storytelling, humor, and depth of historical knowledge were second to none. We learned so much and had such fun doing it. We’re also incredibly grateful to Mohamed and Lamiah, the masterminds behind our itinerary. They seamlessly coordinated our multiple tours with care and efficiency. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their passion for sharing the beauty of Egypt was felt throughout.

シャワーが壊れており、修理の2~3時間時間を要し、観光ができなかった。設備の確認不足や掃除も含めると、あまり良くなかった。屋上からのピラミッドの眺めだけは良かったが、隣の建物ファンが煩く、やっぱり総合的にはイマイチ。
