Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated and the breakfast was really good. Very friendly and helpful host and I would definitely recommend. The fact that it's adults only makes it even nicer.

We had a fantastic stay at The Kendrick. We arrived late owing to train delays, and Nathan very kindly agreed to wait for us. Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh and very tasty. The room was clean, comfortable and cool despite the hot weather. Complimentary bottled water, still or sparkling, was available at all times and really appreciated. I would stay again 100 times over.

Very polite and helpful host but room was small and no sea view

Property is really good and the owner/ staff are very kind and helpful. It was located in a best way possible where you can explore sea and hilly sites just from your room. We are keen to visit this hotel in the future.

The Kendrick is the only place to stay in Llandudno. From the moment we stepped through the door we were made to feel so welcome. It is immaculate throughout, service is outstanding, breakfast is delicious and you want for nothing.

Nathan was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Service was top-notch from start to finish. You can not beat this location.Truly a perfect stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone! You can not go wrong at the Kendrick. Book today! The hotel was lovely but unfortunately we were given a room on the ground floor which meant we heard every noise including people arriving at 11.30pm and people ringing the doorbell even later to get in 😲 So not much sleep for us. The mattress was very uncomfortable also but that aside thd staff were very attentive and the breakfast amazing

A very comfortable and quiet stay in this guesthouse. The on-site manager (owner?) was extremely welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble which made for a relaxed stay. I have a room overlooking the sea with the bed facing the window so I sat in bed and enjoyed the view!

A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon.

I stayed at the Kendrick for business and it did not disappoint. Great location, superb B&B, immaculate room with all what you need and a superb view of the sea. Breakfast was wonderful as was my host Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. He recommended places to eat before my arrival and even nearly drove to the train station when my taxi nearly didn't show up. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting Llandudno. Nathan the host was friendly and couldnt do enogh for us. The room was comfortable and clean with easy check in. Breakfast was by pre-order which was convenient and meant that our food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Would definitely recommend if visiting Llandudno

Wonderful stay all around; owner upgraded us upon arrival because of a last-minute cancellation to a spectacular view of the waterfront. Spacious, comfortable room. Comfy bed/bedding/pillows, very clean, great shower pressure and hot water. Thoughtful amenities...free bottled water, selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cookies...It was really well done. Gave us recommendations for dining. Took our breakfast order the night before to ensure he had everything that next morning. Breakfast had gluten free and dairy free alternatives, which is very much appreciated! Street parking but there was a spot in front when we arrived that evening, so it was never an issue. I would absolutely return to this hotel the next time I'm in northern Wales - truly everything was excellent and it was so comfortable. The pride of ownership is evident here!
