Location was excellent! The only drawbacks were that none of the TVs worked. The TV in our bedroom didn't work at all. And the remote for the TV in the living room had dead batteries, so that was very annoying. Also, there was an odd smell (like a hamster cage) in the unit. But it worked great for us for 1 night.

The location was really the only thing good about this hotel. I requested an early check in (just one and a half hours early) 24 hours prior to arrival as instructed and was told that the room was already clean and that it was no problem. Upon arrival, the room was in fact not ready and the cleaner was still there. We could not open the lockbox so the cleaner helped us. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the level of cleanliness overall was not good. The fan in the bathroom was not in working order. The bathroom door was a barn door that did not close properly and did not provide privacy. The kitchen supplies were lacking. The noise from the hallway was constant. I messaged the host a couple of times and their response time was always very quick. Until a MOUSE ran out into the kitchen from under the diswasher on the last night of my stay. I could hear it scurrying around under the kitchen cabinets. This is an old building in downtown Montreal, so I know that this is not uncommon. However, in my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. I did not feel comfortable staying there for my last night so I left and found accommodations elsewhere. I contacted the host multiple times regarding this and was ignored. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious with all the amenities. Could use more than 3 forks though. The only drawback was the metal bed base which was very noisy when you turned in bed during your sleep. The first night there was a tumbling noise all night like a ball in a dryer, difficult to describe but made falling asleep difficult.

Location was great! Property was quiet and easily accessible. When we arrived a set of blinds was down so my husband fixed it. None of the televisions worked as there were no remotes. We messaged upon arrival about it but never received a reply.

A bit underwhelming for what we paid. Great location.

Did not respond for follow-up on sink drainage issue. Prior to arrival, luggage storage for departure date was discussed and available. Response was swift. Upon arrival, there was no reception and attempt to contact the host was not met with any response on departure date.

FAMILY FRIENDLY ! We traveled with our 3 kids and had an amazing time- it’s in a great location and walking distance to a lot of things. We will definitely be back!!

Great location, spacious apartment, quiet and clean. Host was accomodating , taking care of luggage while we explored post check out.

Centrally located and it was large enough to accommodate several people and had kitchen facilities. The check in was not smooth since I did not understand the email instructions. It would have been helpful if a live person talked to us.

The location and amenities were EXCELLENT! The staff were very lovely and helpful but the check in procedure was a bit awkward and hard to understand. I did not want to upload images of my Drivers license before check in so maybe a different approach would be smoother. Otherwise if you are looking for a very accessible and very nicely equipped loft style apartment /condo steps away from Old Montreal you would be hard pressed to do better.

Good host was attentive midnight as well
