깨끗, 친절

오래 되지 않아서 일단 외관 부터 깨끗하구요...일단 위치가 유메타운은 신호등 건너면 바로 맞은편이라 너무 편했구요...돈기호테두 그리 멀지 않아 쇼핑하기 좋았습니다.객실에 있는 온천탕은 정말 너무너무 좋았습니다...창문만 열면 바로 노천탕(?)이되는 암튼 너무 좋았습니다...그런데 바로 도로가 옆인지라 소음이 너무도 시끄럽게 들려 잠을 좀 설칠 정도라는거...ㅜㅜ 이게 너무나 아쉬운 점입니다.. 저 잠에 별로 예민하지 않은데 제가 설치며 잘정도면 도로쪽 객실이라면 많이 시끄러우실 꺼예요ㅜㅜ

The in room Onsen bath was amazing, the lounge space with dango store downstairs was also very nice.

This is my favourite hotel in Japan. We went back to Beppu a second time partially to stay here again. The rooms are large and cozy and the private hot spring is amazing.

The in room onsen tub is spectacular. The hotel doesn’t have as many amenities as some (restaurant) but what they do, they do very well.

Our room was spacious and clean.

客戶配置超乎我預期好。論裝修、房內溫泉、天台足湯及貸切風呂都不錯，就連房間外的電梯大堂也別出心裁。酒店地址適中，車站步行到酒店都只是十多分鐘路程，對面有個大型商場，滿足食、買、玩需要。周邊景點推薦「海之卵」，商場門口有巴士可途經，十多分鐘車程到達。整體酒店評價，適合情侶及一家大細入住。唯一美中不足的，就是房間面對商場，沒有景觀。

Clean room, nice amenities, close to malls and bus stops and friendly staffs.

Pleasantly surprised by size of the room. Opposite a mall with good amenities and having an Onsen tub to soak in the room is a great way to relax after a day of walking.

房间非常好！但是8:30以后没前台！连工作人员都找不到！电话也没人接，不可以有突发事件，例如钥匙不见了！那就睡大街吧！

Lovely boutique hotel with less than 20 rooms, each with a hot spring bath. Great little cafe in the lobby, right across the street from a shopping mall and an easy walk to an area with many restaurants and bars.
