Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive.

Un bel endroit avec son petit jardin. Chambre spacieuse et propre Situé dans une zone difficile à trouver sans GPS. On ne peut pas aller à pied à l'aéroport mais pour une somme modique avec l'app Indrive on y est en 5mn en taxi Un peu de bruit non pas tant les avions mais chiens, enfant et voisin

Caretaker was helpful but he didn't know how to get the TV to work. Couldn't pay for the taxi booking by card. Had to catch flight out at 5.30am, so walked to airport at 3 am. Lots of stray dogs along the streets. Lots of mosquitoes in the garden area. Only one night stay so can still withstand.

Great place to stay after getting in late night from airport. Friendly, safe and helpful service. Definitely recommend.

We zochten een betaalbaar hotel vlakbij airport Managua ivm een vroege vlucht. Hemelsbreed is het hotel idd vlakbij de airport, maar het is met doodlopende straten toch nog 15 min lopen. Taxi's weten deze plek niet te vinden. Kamer was netjes, bed prima. Douche helaas niet warm en maar 1 handdoek voor 2 pers. Ontbijt pas na 07.30 dus hebben we niet gehad. Wifi en tv prima en binnentuin om te zitten. In de buurt slechts heel simpele eettentjes.

I really can’t rate the property or staff as we did not get out of they car, and we had already paid for the night. Scary! to say the least from the outside. People hanging out across the street that were quite worrisome.

Close to the airport but the area does not look safe at night.
