We went for one night and stayed in a king suite and it was so lovely. The decor was beautiful and the little details made it so special; like the turntable with a few records, and nespresso machine with large cozy mugs! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Overall 10/10 stay.

I’d recommend this stay over and over again, very well maintained ! Great location right in the heart of downtown Collingwood.

The staff were incredibly helpful. My car needed servicing and the staff picked me up and drove me back to the hotel after dropping off my car at the local Canadian tire.

Clean amazingly quiet and comfortable bed and pillows It is truly a perfect room Water bottles , a fridge , housecoats fresh and clean white towels Amazing hotel and I rarely ever say that ♥️

I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved

Everything was lovely. Room was clean and well appointed; beds were so comfy! The hotel is centrally located in downtown and parking was perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Collingwood. Minutes walk from tons of delicious restaurants. The staff are very friendly and our room was spotless.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and extremely clean! Staff is very kind as well. Perfect location close to all the good restaurants. Only downside is there are no amenities, other than that it was a perfect stay and gorgeous hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but I do think it’s still overpriced. The rooms are also not sound proof as advertised 🙃

The staff - particularly the two women at the front desk - were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help my best friend and I celebrate a life milestone, and made the weekend extra special. Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back.

Exceptional in every way.

The hotel was beautifully renovated and our room was gorgeous. A good size with all the conveniences you would want in a hotel with a small kitchen. I’m overly sensitive to hotel cleanliness and the Dorchester exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, and went above & beyond for a special birthday surprise for me. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodations in downtown Collingwood!
