Room, location & the venue were excellent. However the automatic light in the bathroom stayed on too long & kept the room lit up. Couple of the staff on in the evening were a bit cold & unfortunately we couldn't do the full experience with the gin or the raki either. Breakfast was great though & overall a nice place to stay in the depths of Albania.

We booked just a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived around 4 PM, the place was completely closed. One phone call later, the staff drove over and opened everything up for us. A magnificent place, which is clearly reflected in the photos. Dinner was served from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. Both the restaurant and the bar are nothing short of world-class quality. It’s hard not to be endlessly impressed by their dedication and hospitality — and impressed we certainly were. The rooms are of the same absolute top standard. In the morning, one table was set just for us, and the kitchen prepared a fantastic breakfast. All in all, a 10/10 experience beyond the ordinary!

Wir sind zufällig auf die Melesin Distillery gestoßen und haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – perfekt zum Runterkommen. Die Crew war zwar etwas ungeschult, aber durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie sich Mühe geben, und das zählt für uns. Insgesamt war es ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben den Ort auch direkt weiterempfohlen – wer Ruhe, Natur und ein stilvolles Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Nice place in the middle of nowhere

The meal and wine for the evening was very good. The room was very modern and a very comfortable bed. The dogs barking late at night woke me up several times but that was the only drawback

A very special hotel within the distillery building in the small mountain town of Leskovik, with stylish, comfortable rooms and excellent food including delicious breakfasts. Sadly the night we stayed there, there was a private party in the restaurant, with very loud music until after 11pm and unsupervised children running wild around the building. This did somewhat spoil our stay and disturb our sleep. Staff were not very proactive in addressing this. Maybe Saturday night isn't the best time to stay.

The service and cleaneless was great. The stuff was friendly. The air conditioner gave me hard time . It was going off on its own and it was hot , which made me not sleep all night!

Great to spend a night in a distillery as well as the dinner was delicious. All the mountain area surrounding the hotel is stunning and scenic! Recommended!

Hotel atypique dans une distillerie. L'endroit est magnifique. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. De plus, le personnel est sympathique. Le petit-dejeuner est copieux et bon. Je recommande vivement. C'est notre hotel coup de coeur de l'Albanie.

This hotel is truly a gem. It is the best hotel we stayed at in our 2-week trip in the Balkans, The staff was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the large modern room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the ample breakfast that was included in the price. The food for dinner was great as well. We even tried the in-house raki. If you are travelling through southern Albania you must stop here for the night or even for just coffee or raki. It is a friendly little town too.
