Charming and cozy rooms where you can truly feel the atmosphere of Vieux-Québec in this historic building ☺️ The Manoir is quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and is just steps away from Grande-Allée avenue and other interesting attractions. The room and bathroom were very clean and well presented. There’s a Nespresso machine in the room, which is a nice touch There’s also a communal kitchen in the basement +++ Check-in and most services are self-service, but the staff is quick to respond and easy to reach by text. Abbygail, Audrey, and Pier-Olivier were super helpful🙌

Le personnel était disponible et courtois. Virginie nous a accommodé pour un early check in. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de personnel à la réception, les employés à distance était très proactifs. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

Manoir très agréable et emplacement idéal.

Chambre propre. Accès sans clé apprécié. Cependant, systèmes numériques d'ouverture de porte très bruyants et batiment ancestral très peu insonorisé. Ouverture et fermeture de la porte d'entrée principale avec fracas. Notre chambre étant près de l'entrée; très mauvais sommeil car bruits du clavier et de la porte à chaque entrée et sortie d'un client. Matelas un peu creusé au centre. Assise des fauteuils très affaiblie. Aucun endroit ou dispositif prévu pour placer les bottes. Femme de chambre très gentille

The room was amazing! Staff was really helpful! I only need to ask them to tell people who stay to be quiet late night! There was a couple in the next room and the man got a call and started talking really loud in the foyer! Woke us both up

We stayed in a bedroom right next to the reception and we could hear the "beeping" of the code box that opens the hotel door every time somebody entered the hotel - not pleasant.. The room and bathroom needs renovation... And I am not talking about the "vintage" furniture... And the cleaning could be better. The hotel is not in old town, but close enough. We could not park at the hotel (only 3 parking spots and uncovered) but there are several options close by and some of them covered, which is a plus when it's snowing.

Superbe endroit tranquille. Nous avons eu de la difficulté avec notre code accès pour notre chambre, nous avons appelé la personne ressource et il a réglé notre problème rapidement, tres efficace. On vous recommande l'endroit.

La chambre était minuscule, impossible d’être debout d’un côté du lit. Le lit était raide et les oreillers inconfortables. Il y a une cafetière sans café dans la chambre. Le pommeau de douche 4/10.

Très propre, manque de rien. Très bien situé. Stationnement limité. Vieille bâtisse, alors insonorisation déficiente.

Très joli hôtel avec chambres et lits très confortables. Le centre-ville est à 10 minutes à pied, donc idéalement situé.

We loved how walkable everything was from this stay and how responsive and accommodating the staff were over text message. The bed was not the best (quite stiff) but otherwise it was a decent room!

We had a basement unit and the room smelled mold. Very few parking available on tbe premise.
