The location is wonderful staff was excellent hotel...it was my 1st time staying in a Hotel/Lodge. We only got it for one night until our check-in with the Airbnb. It got the job done. Also they gave me a late checkout because we arrived late night. The bed and the air in the place is all that.

Beds were terrible, 2 twins put together as a “double”, room had a window ac unit that barely worked,

No cold water in kitchen sink. Bathroom door laminet peeling bad. Very clean! Low budget but doable.

Great place to stay right on the boardwalk. Clean and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and a coffee shop right in the lobby. Am definitely coming back.

The Lankford is in a prime location and the staff is excellent (friendly, eager to assist, and pleasant). The hotel is older and the linens were past due for retirement but the atmosphere, amenities (we had a full kitchen and a real fridge), location and staff made this stay a real winner.

This was a quick vaca just to get out the house and to the beach. The check in was fast. I didn't realize that it was a $250 hold once checkin, so be prepared. The room was clean and cold. The bathroom was clean. We only used the room to sleep and it was actually what we needed and right on the boardwalk!

Cheap clean and close! For the price can’t be beat Great free parking space as well

We loved the central location and friendly staff.

It’s an older property that is well maintained. Our room was small, but very comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is affordable and right on boardwalk/beach and they have a parking lot for their guests directly behind the hotel. We were happy with our decision to stay at the Lankford.

The property is very old. There was no coffee powder provided in the room, and there was no lift. I asked at the front desk, but they still didn’t provide any coffee. The AC was extremely noisy — it was unbearable, and we couldn’t sleep at all.

Very clean room. Had 2 bathrooms instead of one which was a pleasant surprise. Stayed in the raven room. 3rd floor which was a lot of stairs to climb but the room was beach front and right on the boardwalk. Parking was very tight and limited which was stressful.

Always a great stay. Been coming to Lankford on the Board walk for the past 5 years.

Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff. I read complaints about them but encountered no issues. They are not overly chatty and will not talk your ear off. Great! Im here for my family, not the hotel receptionist conversation. Check in was a breeze and young lady behind counter extremely efficient. Room spacious and friendly. Yes the furniture is used and was not built last year but its solid and sturdy and very classic. Clarn towels, hot water, soft pillows. Perfect location to beach and boardwalk. I forgot cash to rent an umbrella. The guy gave me my rental with a promise that my husband would arrive within a few hours to provide cash. Check out is 10 am. So what? Most hotels are 11 but when im checking out of a room, im usually up packing so no big deal for me. At check out, a patron checking out asked to park their car up until 3 pm. Receptionist apologized and had to decline because others were checking in. I requested to park an additional 15 to 20 minutes and was reasonably accommodated. Parking lot is tight. One pass per room which was tough for us but we worked it out. No elevator and we were in an amazing top floor unit. No big deal for us because we are in great health however this may be challenging for those with small children or elderly. All in all. 10 stars. Will absolutely return and have no plans of giving those expensive chains anymore of our money. Booking my next stay right now.
