Nice place, many restaurants, shopping mall

A localização é ótima, pertinho do metro. Limpeza e conservação muito bom, cafe da manhã com opções, ficamos 10 dias e fomos muito bem atendidos.

The property itself is very good. Excellent location. We arrived earlier and had to visit another place of FLH chain (not far from the other FHL) to leave or suitcase and for the check in. Same procedure applies when leaving if we wish to leave the suitcase for some extra hours. The room is very good, except the fact that there was not hanger in the bathroom. Our room was next to the breakfast area which could be noisy sometimes. Overall, we like our stay.

The hotel is great but it is too small you cannot wash your face and the toilet is like in the same place with ur bedroom

Excelente la habitación que nos dieron más amplia con un sillón a la entrada y después el baño y finalmente la recámara con un balcón cerrado! Desayuno sencillo pero bueno, excelente ubicación con el centro comercial al lado y metro muy cerca caminando de todos lugares para conocer! Solo que si tienen Maletas grandes es muy pesado subir las escaleras con ellas

Súper bien la mejor ubicación! Aunque los baños están chicos está todo súper limpio, el desayuno muy rico y la comunicación excelente todo te lo mandan a tiempo! Si volviera a Oporto me volvería a hospedar en el mismo lugar! Lo único si traes maletas grandes las escaleras son bastantes para cargarlas

Die erste Enttäuschung gab es schon am Eingang des Guesthouse. 61Treppenstufen bis zum Ribeira-Zimmer im dritten Stock mussten ohne Alternative (Aufzug) geschafft werden. Das Zimmer war erwartungsgemäß klein aber sauber. Das Bad allerdings katastrophal unpraktisch. Keine einzige Ablagemöglichkeit, das Waschbecken für normale Abend-/Morgenhygiene nicht nutzbar. Einzig die Dusche war ok. Das Zimmer war zur (Einkaufs-)Strasse / Fußgängerzone hin. Wer glaubt, dass es dort abends leise ist, wird enttäuscht. Schlimmer noch, die Fenster haben so gut wie keinen Schallschutz und die Verdunklung macht ihrem Namen keine Ehre. Im gegenüberliegenden Einkaufzentrum brennt die ganze Nacht die Festbeleuchtung. Nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen durch Porto wünscht man sich Ruhe, das war allerdings ein Trugschluß. Das Frühstück hat nicht wirklich entlohnt. Drei Tage lang das gleiche Sortiment. Satt ok, aber nicht wirklich angenehm. Wir hatten nur die Wahl zwischen zwei alternativen Zeitslots. 8:00 oder 10:00 Uhr. Wir haben 8:00 gewählt und wurden höflich aber bestimmt um 8:45 zum Gehen aufgefordert. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt zum vergessen. Schade.

Room was clean and modern. Single person handling remote checkins for both hotels was friendly and responsive. Location is right in the middle of downtown and near subway. Room was a bit cramped for 2 people with large suit cases. Had to climb long flight of stairs with heavy suit cases. Shower did not have hot water only got to mildly warm in our room. Breakfast was good selection but there were limited time and availability (had to schedule your time slot).

Allison at the front desk was amazing. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and central to everything. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Very close to metro in center of city. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery. Walking distance to most sites around the city. Had microwave, great breakfast, coffee and tea available all day. Could use some bowls or plates to heat things in the microwave. Comfortable bed

Vi hade det bra men förväntade oss FHL som vi tidigare bott på i Lissabon. Där vi bodde nu var med det namnet men inte kvaliteten, i synnerhet rörande frukosten! Men vill lyfta fram servicen via Whatsapp. Snabb och suverän!

Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast suited our needs. Could do with a mirror in the room.

Bien situé à Porto et bon qualité /prix pour l’hôtel mais pas de parking donc ajouter 20€ pour le parking payant

Centralt läge vid gågata, tyst på nätterna. Tyvärr väldigt många trappor och ingen hiss. Sängar ok. Frukost ok.
