괜찮았어요. 에어컨이 계속 꺼지고, 아침 뷔페 줄이 길어지고, 넷플릭스, 디즈니+가 작동하지 않아요.

We checked in late at night to almost midnight. Wouldve been better if we were accommodated right away. However, since we booked through a 3rd party app, the hotel couldn't process our booking. We had to deposit 7k worth of cash to check in. It defeats the purpose of booking in advance. Good thing we had enough cash on hand. Other than this, everything was OK. We hope they could improve their services better (reception/check in).
