It was a hotel with a long history with the Royal Mountain Hotel on the other side, and it was nice to have direct access to stores in downtown. There is no hotel parking, but there is a public parking lot behind the hotel, so there is no inconvenience. Thank you.

호텔 내부가 덥고 조그맣고 답답한감이 있긴했지만 전반적으로 깨끗해서 만족하고 숙박했습니다. 다만 주변에 펍들이나 지나다니는 행인들때문에 조금의 소음은 감안하셔야 하며 주차는 스트릿 파킹을 해야해서 조금 불편할수 있어요. 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다.

위치는 정말 다운타운중심이라 좋았으나 이틀동안 이불을 사용하지못할정도로 오래되고.. 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 너무너무 오래된건물이고 방음이 전혀안되서 잠들기도 힘들정도였습니다. 위치와 직원만 친절했네요.. 9살때 가족들과 시골에서 잘곳없어서 겨우찾아서 눈만붙였던 여관이 생각났어요^^

시설이 오래되어서 좋은 시설은 아님. 밤에 그렇게 시끄럽지 않고, 밴프 다운타운에 위치하고 있어 이동엔 편리함. 가격을 생각한다면 그렇게 나쁘지 않은 시설이라고 생각함.

I had booked a room for five adults and it is a good thing that one of the adults didn’t come because I don’t know where they would’ve stayed the the family suite was not big enough for five adults. It barely fit four.

Staff the one person at the desk never picks up phone. No parking even though adevertised. No drinking water, terrible small room thats too hot with a small table fan, not worth a $100 price point let alone $600 a night.

The room and hotel was very noisy. There was no air-conditioning at the hotel room and it was terrible hot in July.

The location was decent but like others have mentioned, there was no AC, no staff, and no working tv. For the price, this hotel isn’t worth it!

There was no ac. We had the window open & you could hear yelling til the wee hours of the morning, which i normally don't mind because my windows are closed, but we couldn't close the window because there was no ac. Definitely not with the cost of the room.

This would be the worst accommodation we have had in 2 months on the road! Tiny room, NO AIRCON, window that wouldn’t close, ceiling fan that rattled all night, and NO PARKING! All the above would have been acceptable at the right price but the price for one night was the highest we have paid in the Rockies! Very poor value for money!

Positives- helpful and kind staff. They got us a cot and explained the confusing parking directions. Clean room (though carpets worn). Location is great- right in the town. Free parking. Negatives- parking directions are confusing and weren’t given ahead. So we had to move the car, which isn’t easy at 6pm. Biggest complaint is that there was no AC and the room was exceptionally hot when we entered. Probably high 80s or 90. When we entered, the drapes were open and the sun was beating in. Recommend keeping them closed. There are no screens , so we left the windows open and risked bugs.

I wouldn’t recommend the King Edward. We were there for a few days and only saw a person at the desk twice. The room was tiny, it was hot, carpet was wrinkled, the bed had two big valleys because it was so old and not very comfortable, it didn’t have a fitted sheet, the water pressure was horrible in the shower, no one was ever at the desk so we couldn’t get fresh towels, the fan/light didn’t work, and it kind of smelled funny. There was no air conditioning, had to open the window to cool off the room if your hot natured like I am, avoid this place at all costs.

Truly awful. No one at the front desk and nobody answered the phone when we called to find someone to check us in. Room dirty, shower curtain mildewed. Decor old and rundown. Do not stay here.
