It was a hotel with a long history with the Royal Mountain Hotel on the other side, and it was nice to have direct access to stores in downtown. There is no hotel parking, but there is a public parking lot behind the hotel, so there is no inconvenience. Thank you.

호텔 내부가 덥고 조그맣고 답답한감이 있긴했지만 전반적으로 깨끗해서 만족하고 숙박했습니다. 다만 주변에 펍들이나 지나다니는 행인들때문에 조금의 소음은 감안하셔야 하며 주차는 스트릿 파킹을 해야해서 조금 불편할수 있어요. 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다.

위치는 정말 다운타운중심이라 좋았으나 이틀동안 이불을 사용하지못할정도로 오래되고.. 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 너무너무 오래된건물이고 방음이 전혀안되서 잠들기도 힘들정도였습니다. 위치와 직원만 친절했네요.. 9살때 가족들과 시골에서 잘곳없어서 겨우찾아서 눈만붙였던 여관이 생각났어요^^

시설이 오래되어서 좋은 시설은 아님. 밤에 그렇게 시끄럽지 않고, 밴프 다운타운에 위치하고 있어 이동엔 편리함. 가격을 생각한다면 그렇게 나쁘지 않은 시설이라고 생각함.

The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!

Location was seller! Mattress was very uncomfortable. Wall Fireplace didn’t plug in, didn’t reach any outlets.

I would say that the best thing about this hotel is the location. The beds and furniture are old all the springs in the bed poking through. Rooms lacking amenities. The price is a little steep for the quality of the room. Mattresses should all be replaced.

Parking was hard to get in and out We waited for 30mins for someone to show up at the front desk so we could check in

Parking was a bit of a pain, we had to walk into it through bear st, as we couldn’t access it through the other door-we could get out that way but not in. Otherwise decent spot, great location.

Hotel is very old and creaky. Very small bed/ room. The room was clean. Great staff. Need a bed upgrade very old, uncomfortable, and noisy. You can hear everything in the building (it’s old). Secure heated underground parking available but a couple minutes walk away. Banff parking is terrible to find but it sure is a beautiful place.

Room was small outdated. Nothing worked. Door wouldn’t lock, there was poop in the toilet when we arrived, the neighbour were extremely loud all hours of the night screaming partying and the walls were thin. Our family couldn’t sleep. The hotel front desk didn’t do anything to solve the issue and we weren’t offered a compensation. Horrible stay

Clean, great area, and warm staff

The location can’t be beat, which is why the rooms and beds are small. It’s great as a base to discover Banff, you just won’t want to hang out in your hotel. There’s no lobby, the staff sits in an office just inside the exterior door, then you use your key to access the rooms upstairs. We were there right at check in so we were able to put down a deposit for the fob for a stall in the parkade a block away. We saw a show at Mellissa’s MisSteak next door and we would definitely stay at the King Edward for the same purpose again.

The room was very clean. The hotel is older and is pretty noisy (floors squeeking, thin walls). Heated free parking was a nice bonus.

The room is ok. But the heater is not amazing. Bring warm clothes to sleep in

Older hotel. I couldn’t adjust the heat in the room. Very small room. View out the window was a parking garage. Location was excellent. Parking was not convenient at all.
