This hotel was a great location. It was in walking distance to the Sanctuary and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, air conditioning, and supplied a very nice breakfast.

Welcome to hell - the worse stay in Fatima of my life. I was given room 313, where the noise from the employees was constant and it was impossible to rest. Expect continuous noise, from 6am to 11pm - not a moment of silence. I made several complaints, all not answered with the excuse of management not being available. inexcusable, considering the price I paid. Will avoid this place like the plague in the future. Consider this a warning to all other guests thinking of staying here.

Amazing staff. Elena was amazing. Helped us check in and told us about the interesting tips happening in and around Fatima.Breakfast was great with lot of options. Very nice and polite staff. Walking distance to the Fatima sanctuary, shops, dining, transportation. Great location. Not a brand name hotel, but is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and has everything you and family needs to stay near Our Lady of Fatina sanctuary . We could just walk in and out of the hotel to the Fatima sanctuary. Definitely recommend.

The staff was really excellent and friendly, the room was as described exactly in the pictures, the checking was easy and fast, the A/C worked well, security was great. The only issue that I had in my first night was due to ants in the bathroom, I reported in the morning and the receptionist changed me to another room which was good, no issues in my next 2 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was buffet and it was ok, the hospitality of the staff was great and tables were clean when arrived for breakfast. This time my trip was for me only but next time I will go back with my family without hesitation .

Great location right next to the main attractions in Fatima, making it very convenient for walking. Next to many shops and restaurants- great stay and the family room was perfect for a family of 4.

Nao havia toalhas de banho e o banheiro nao estava limpo. Fios de cabelo no piso do banheiro, chao do quarto sujo w as partes de asseios nao estavam com bloqueios de limpeza.
