Nice stay

The property looks nothing like it does in the online photos. The bathmat was dirty, it was a bath towel that looks like it was used by the guests who use the room before us. The room was clean and the staff did their jobs well so I will recommend them. Overall my stay was okay, I only stayed one night, from midnight through 8 a.m., so not enough time there to give a more indepht review.

The property is located close to the 167 st station like 8 min walk. The area at night is a bit dark. The property is perfect. The rooms was big, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room has a small fridge, tv, phone and a security box. They offer breakfast and they have coffee and bagels 24 hrs. I recommend to stay in that hotel if you are looking for good quality hotel at moderate cost.

Highbridge Hotel was definitely value for money. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially the tall white gentleman at the front desk and another younger staff member. They made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the location was super convenient—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around easy. The only downside was that there was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful for guests wanting to warm up their meals. I had to go to the dining area to use one. Still, that’s a small thing overall. I don’t regret staying there one bit. I’d recommend it and would happily come back!

need to work on a friendlier staff

Close to Yankees stadium but they keep jacking up price on parking. Been going to this hotel for years and every time i go back the prices keep going up and the quality of the hotel stays the same if not lesser than. Currently looking for new hotel to frequent in area.

So it was in the Bronx but basically three stops away from Manhattan which was nice. The rooms where not noice-proof, you could basically hear all the what you neighbors were up to but they were very clean. The hotel had an amazing front desk staff. The staff members from the breakfast area a completly other story. They barely cleaned the tables or where helpful when there where no utensils. The brekfast was also really good, all freshly cooked no egg from the box kind of stuff.

I was coming to visit my daughter at school and needed a place to stay. This place was a really amazing value for the price and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I would stay there again.

So Far, So Great – 10/10! I’m currently staying at High Bridge Hotel and have only spent one night so far, but I’m already impressed! The front desk staff are super friendly and professional, and the meal I had was really good. The area feels very safe, which is a big plus. I’m enjoying my stay so much that I’ve already booked two extra nights. If things keep going this well, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Great experience so far!

Le personnel est tres sympathique, à l'écoute et serviable. La chambre est grande pour le prix et très propre (attention si vous etes sensible au bruit, c'est un quartier vivant donc un peu bruyant. Pour nous aucun soucis nous sommes de vrais marmottes ). On y trouve un frigo. On peut manger son propre repas dans la salle à manger avec des couverts et un micro-ondes à disposition. Le petit déjeuner etait bon. L'hôtel est vraiment proche du metro qui vous emmènent rapidement vers endroits touristiques. Pour moi cest un excellent rapport qualité prix.
