후기를 잘 남기지 않는데 특히 한국분들을 위해 한글으로 남깁니다. 고급 호텔은 아니지만 고급 호텔 이상의 만족도를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 저는 과달라하라에서 저렴한 숙소에 묵었다가 너무 불만족스러워서 메리엇계열 스위트룸으로 방을 옮겼던 후에 과나후아토로 온 것이어서 조금 더 까다롭게 살펴봤다고 보셔도 좋습니다. 호텔 구석구석 관리를 열심히 하는 흔적이 느껴지고 인테리어도 성심성의껏 해두어서 멕시코의 정취를 느끼기 좋습니다. 많은 후기들에서 볼 수 있듯 일하시는 분들이 하나같이 다 친절하세요. 호텔내에서뿐만 아니라 호텔 밖에서 일어나는 일까지도 연락하면 언어가 안되면 번역기 돌려가면서라도 어떻게든 해결해주시니 편한 마음으로 가셔도 될 것 같습니다. 직원분들끼리도 워낙 친밀해보여서 가족인줄 알았는데 가족처럼 편하게 지내시는 것이었더라고요ㅎㅎ 숙소가 센트로에서 거리가 조금은 있지만 호텔에서 유료셔틀도 운행하고 낮에는 걷기에도 충분히 괜찮아서 가격을 고려하면 충분히 매력적인 숙소입니다.

Clean room and nice environment. A lot of stairs but doable. Was very disappointed in the hotel doing my very small load of laundry. First and last hotel the cost was around six dollars. This hotel charged $26 US. I should have asked what the cost would be prior. Overall, it is 4 of 5 stars.

Excelente lugar, el.centro muy cercano, si es subir y bajar muchas escaleras, pero pues estamos en Guanajuato, que puedes esperar, muy comodo y limpio el lugar

Desagradable pues te mandan a un hotel a registrar y el hospedaje es en otro hotel ,la limpieza de las camas muy mal tenían cabellos y manchas hasta el olor del perfume del huésped anterior.lo bueno es que ya conocí el lugar y no regresaré y no lo recomiendo. Es mejor hospedarse en el castillo de santa Cecilia

Estuvo agradable la hospitalidad. El cuarto estaba limpio y amplio. La distancia al centro fue relativamente cerca y al mismo tiempo está lejos del bullicio del centro.

The hotel was not in the location shown on Expedia. Rather than being in the center of town it is high on a hill, requiring a steep walk down and back up the hill to visit the center. My room was not at the main hotel but at a secondary location which was a walk down the street and down a hill. The property has many stairs to go down to the garden then more stairs to the room. The room has a nice coloured glass window, but it has no curtain, so the lights in the garden shine in the room all night. There were no baked goods for breakfast as stated on the offer for the room, and to get a coffee in the morning it is required to walk back to the main hotel. The

Amenities not as listed on own website nor hotels.com. No coffee maker in room or in hotel. Restaurant only opens at 8 am. Nothing in the area outside hotel for food unl Staff is friendly but amenities lacking, especially at the Deluxe location, which is a 350 meter walk away up the road (also not clearly indicated when booking). Restaurant is also in other hotel. Nice room, comfortable and quiet with superb view. Minibar is great, but with lack of food services in area, a coffee station is required, either in the rooms or in common area as listed in description.

Es muy difícil subir y bajar escaleras con equipaje y no hay servicio de personal, para dar soporte,afuera no pasa transporte para el centro,tienes que bajar muchas escaleras para bajar.... aproximadamente 15 minutos,de regreso tienes que tomar taxi...

It’s a co nice place, but slow service and they need to improve cleaning

Bonita y amplia habitación, bonita vista de la ciudad. Amabilidad de los trabajadores. Falta de toalla para manos, shampoo, contacto en el baño y a los lados de la cama, hay tasas pero no cafetera.

La queja es que la reservación era para chocolate deluxe y a la hora de hacer cheque in nos cambiaron a otro hotel y como no conocemos la ciudad tuvimos qué aceptar de lo contrario hubiera cancelado en el momento

The patios and restaurant I really like but I did not enjoy the walk to Centro because it is so very steep.
