The wifi is still not working. The password they told me via email was not correct. I could not use wifi throughout the stay and was quite frustrated. Also the shower was dangerously hot and I could not adjust the water temperature. Could not use it either.

Cons: - There is no A/C. Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). I think the rooms are directly facing the garbage collection and transfer station or something like that. - There is no blackout curtains in the room. The room gets so bright starting 4am and you can't sleep at all for the 2nd half of the night. - The kitchenware are very bad that you can hardly make meals at all. The non-stick pans are all scratched and you can even see big piece of non-stick coating peeling off. Some non-stick pots are not compatible with induction stove in the room (so the stove can't detect or turn on at all.) There is no dish detergent provided so you can't even wash the kitchenware properly. There is no basic seasonings (salt, pepper) provided at all. - Staff are on site during the day. But they are in and out so not always available in the office if you expect something like hotel. They can be reached by WhatsApp but just be prepared to wait sometime until they are back. Pros: - super close to subway station - cleaniness is good. The pictures shown on listing is true reflection of the room. - staff is super friendly. The cleaners and the other hosts are welcoming and helpful. - restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks are within short walkable distance.

Very clean - bathroom was especially worth a mention - lovely shower, no mould. Balcony space with two chairs was plenty big enough to sit in the sun and nice to have outdoor space. Fridge was nice to have. We didn't receive the access details and no reply to our emails so we had to chase with Hotels.com who got it sorted. Once we had the instructions, check in was easy. No safety notice (evacuation process, fire escapes) in the room - this may have been displayed somewhere else but I didn't see it. Very noisy guests in room next door (not the hotel's fault). They came back after midnight and had TV on so loud we could hear every word from our room. Think they had a bathroom outside the room as constant in and out, slamming doors. Area around hotel felt safe, lots of shops. Very close to Finsbury Park tube. Overall, a great value hotel and we'd 100% stay here again. Not sure how we've not come across it before!

Apart from a little confusion during check in, everything about the stay was great. Super bright and super clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment. I’ve stayed here 3 times now. It’s very well connected and about 2 minutes from Finsbury Park station. Lots of shops and amenities nearby and the apartment itself if very comfortable and well kitted out. Beds are super comfy, the check in process is easy and the hosts are very accommodating.

Only partial blinds do not keep out the light and no wifi

great location, lovely room and facilities, downside, this WiFi password did not work and I was unable to get hold of anyone from the hotel to assist.

Room wasn't as clean as i would of expected ans the advert showed kitchen amenities, which it didnt have apart from a kettle and fridge. There was a fan, as it was very hot during July so we was glad that was there. The location is very good, with everything you would need around it, food and transport. Very easy to access

Good value and location good for trains .

There were hairs in the blankets and on the floors. Also, the “private bathroom” is shared with the floor (2 other rooms). Surfaces weren’t cleaned. In all, not the cleanest. But it did work for a nights stay and is proximal to food and transportation.

Stayed one night for a gig at Tottenham’s stadium, location is perfect as it’s right outside Finsbury Park on the Victoria line. Check-in instructions very simple, room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Provided a very small fan, would be nice to have a larger fan in the room, as with any city hotel, you can’t have the windows open at night due to noise, so it got quite warm during the evening.

Fabulous hotel. A stones throw from tube station. It was really quiet stay. Very secure. Bed was comfy. Communication from hotel is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests.

Easy to access, so close to finsbury for events. quiet at night - would stay again! if you're planning to sit on the balcony, you can't as there's no chairs, but other than that, great!

Great location near finsbury park and right next to tube station. Property was clean and tidy.

The apartment was in a great location, so close to Finsbury Park tube station, M&S, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean and well looked-after, and the managers were very accommodating when we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our bags. The only issue experienced was with noise on the Friday evening, but this was out of the building manager’s control.

It was very cute and clean. Perfect for our small family. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the neighborhood.
