Room was clean and staff friendly, good to have board games, pool table and table football.

Amazing breakfast

Car park over filled and no spaces, nor any assistance from hotel on where to park car. Room nice but few amenities, no normal bin only a recycling bin, and not overally clean.

Great value, nice rooms, comfy beds.

Check in was poor. Staff not bothered in any way to help. Room was cold and didn’t warm up. Booked premium room and it was a disabled with an open shower which wasnt hot enough. The bathroom had a drain smell. Only positive was it was a quiet room as end of corridor.

Tried to cancel the hotel ore change to a Moxy hotel in Bristol same date more than 1 month before arrival. The hotel was just not interested in helping me. Very bad customer service.

New hotel but could be better.

Reception staff, cleaners and bar staff were all really polite and reception staff were really helpful with the car parking.

Comfortable bedroom very well equipped and quiet with great shower. Bathroom a little on the snug side but perfectly adequate for one night.

A quick stopover point in Plymouth - lovely location, parking nextdoor, room was open and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Will be back in the future!

Really lovely staff, lots of space

I stay here semi frequently. As usual the room was clean, but even just a few years after opening there are various aspects such as grouting and wall paint that are already looking very tired or damaged. What separates a great hotel from just a decent one is maintenance.

Really funky little hotel. Lovely bar/restaurant seating area downstairs. Staff all outstandingly helpful and attentive. This is how hotels should be. Well done team!
