Toilet does not flush

Don't be deceived with nice photos it's an old ones! Very outdated rooms/villas, furnishings and facilities. Dirty floors, cobwebs in the ceilings and walls, showers head and sink faucet don't work, broken ac, beach is too shallow, pools are dirty, restaurant with strolling dogs and cats. Also data connection is in and out, there's wifi connection in a very limited spot of the resort and you have to pay for it so bring alot of peso coins! Hot drinking water is for sale even the styrofoam cup that you put it in! I don't know how this resort was able to get to hotels.com when it's poorly maintained. It's one of my family's worst vacation trip!
