Most beautiful place in the ADK. Perfect and blissful

Had an issue with the room i booked and instead of just having maintenance fix the problem the staff moved us to a much smaller room than what i was paying for and told us the manager would move us back into the original room the next morning. I waited until 11:30AM and still heard nothing back, so i went to the front desk and they told me the manager doesnt come in until after 12PM. An hour later they text me and say i can go back to the room. The staff could have just kept me informed and handled the situation better instead of keeping me in the dark the entire time. I work in the service industry and this was an abysmal experience compared to how theses situations should be handled.

Great location and facilities. Very family friendly. Restaurant excellent. Area much less crowded than Lake George and Schroon Lake public beach is perfect for swimming and kids beach sand activity.

This place, the staff and the grounds area a jewel of the area. I always come back because of these. You should too!

Charming resort. Beautiful property. Restaurant on site very good. Indoor swimming pool only no outdoor pool. There is a private lake beach across the street although a pretty small area. Plans for beach area expansion underway for next season. Staff very professional and accommodating. Property is continuing to make more updates. Looking forward to what's coming.

Activities available for families. Food was delicious.

Great place! Stayed in a chalet & it was perfect for us. Very comfortable, clean & has everything you need. Restaurant is good, activities abound & staff is very friendly & helpful. Came here after Lake George & found this more enjoyable & our speed. Love that you can walk downtown to get a meal or ice cream.

The lake area was not easily accessible. There were only four umbrellas and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. In addition, there were hardly any shaded areas on the property. With temperatures above 90 degrees,there were very few guests enjoying outdoor activities.

Beautiful place and wonderful employees

Went for a quick girls trip. The village of Schroon Lake is a close walk away. Property has gorgeous Adirondack charm. Great restaurant and bar!

I like this some more kits the cookies all the facilities staff was very nice and friendly overall wonderful stay I will be back

our room was on the first floor and the floor was damp. the overhead bed lamp fell off the wall. The room was lie a dark damp cave. The grounds were beautiful but...... It may have been because we booked through expedia instead of directly?
