O prédio é muito bem localizado, basta atravessar a rua para que entre na U1 que leva em poucas estações ao centro.O apto era para 5 pessoas e estavamos em 3 , porém é o unico que tem ar condicionado e tem 2 quartos. Muito bem decorado e equipado. A vista é linda, tem varandas em todos os comodos. Valeu muito a pena, esperamos retornar.

Ottima posizione (a pochi passi c'è una fermata metro) e dimensione della struttura. Inoltre, il monolocale è nuovo, tenuto bene, completo di tutti gli accessori per potersi fermare anche per lunghi periodi. Il plus è, a mio parere, l'ampio balcone. Consigliatissima.

OK except entrance code which was given only at the 3 pm of checking day. This made me nervous. Not recommended to this apt.

Äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Für meine Bedürfnisse hat wirklich alles gepasst. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, gerne auch für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Probably the best thought through apartment i have ever visited and i do have hundreds in my history due to work. We were totally amazed how this was all planned out so that it is simply super convinient. Loved it.

Malgré un Check-in très difficile, le séjour était agréable et confortable. Appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé, tout est parfait. Dommage qu’il nous aura fallu rester plus d’une heure devant la porte au moment du Check-in…

Zustand des Appartements schlecht, Eisfach total vereist, Schlafsofa durchgelegen, Wasserhähne und Dusche locker, keine Klimaanlage.

The apartment is clean, new and well maintained. The apartment is right above U bahn, so very convenient although the location is not in city centre. But U1 line takes you to city centre and Hbf in 10-15 minutes. The property is fully automated, so no staff visible and communication happens via WhatsApp or call. The fitted kitchen has all essential equipment. Now the cons: There is no house keeping service even though we stayed for 3 nights. There are instructions to the basement to dispose off waste and a vacuum cleaner is in basement, but I expect these to be bare minimum service to be provided for the cost they’re charging. A basic waste disposal, room vacuuming and bathroom toiletries replacement once every 2 days is desired. The WiFi is public and has no password, so most of my apps on phone didn’t work and I switched to mobile data

It was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet with the U1 just outside our door. Took us everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend it to everyone!!!!

De havde glemt at give os babyseng. Også kunne det være rart hvis de havde gratis parkering for deres gæster.

Good location and great views!

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Check in war nur mit Code. War aber super einfach und total praktisch. Schlafcouch war ziemlich weich und unförmig. Das Bett hingegen mir persönlich zu hart. Von der Küche haben wir nicht viel gebraucht. Dürfte aber von allem etwas da sein,wenn auch nicht viel. Esstisch und Stühle haben ziemlich gewackelt,aber das ist Meckern auf höchsten Niveau. Es war alles ordentlich und sauber, das ist die Hauptsache. Parkplätze sind leider zu wenig da, da muss man Glück haben und schnell sein.Kostet 24€/Tag. Hatten leider kein Glück,aber haben an der Straße ein bekommen zum Nulltarif. U- Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür. Das war echt pracktisch.Allem in allen ein super Aufenthalt. Würden wiederkommen.
