Second stay in different room in this hotel. Hotel is lovely however this room was terrible ….. poor shower almost not any pressure. Not ideal when we got back from 4 day hike to Macchu Pichu. Amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Thank you.

Opção razoável, com boa localização. Mas com quartos antigos, chuveiro que as vezes não esquentava r café da manhã apenas razoável.

The location was very good—right next to the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was yummy and the water was hot. The room we stayed in didn’t have any windows but the skylights. It felt a little like staying in a cave. I didn’t love that vibe but my friend did. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful! We had a good stay and I would stay again if I ever went back to Cusco!

Quarto sempre muito limpo. Equipe de funcionários muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã delicioso. Ótima localização. Hotel apresenta muitas facilidades, como indicação de empresas turísticas, serviços de transfer, café da manhã mais cedo para quem precisa levantar de madrugada, restaurante à noite.

ホテルは町の中心のアルマス広場にも山の手の観光地スポットにも近い位置にあるにも関わらず静かな通りにあり、よい立地でした。 フロントのLizがチャーミングで、おすすめのレストランや観光地を紹介してくれて参考になりました。 また朝食は種類が多く、スムージーも美味しかったです。 ただシャワーのお湯が温かくなるまでとても長い時間を要し、寒かったです（最後の方にようやく温かくなりました）

O quarto muito limpo, equipe muito boa, funcionários muito prestativos, porém o quarto é gelado e o aquecedor muito fraco. Um pouco de cheiro ruim que volta pelo esgoto provavelmente.

The Casona plaza hotel is in a convenient location a couple blocks from Plaza de Armas, close to main attractions, tours and lots of restaurants. The room was fine…nothing special but clean and comfortable. They stored our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu. The only downside was the street in front is very narrow. On one occasion our driver couldn’t get to the hotel and we had to walk maybe 100 meters. No problem except for the light rain. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good.

Fint hotell, med bra frukost och jättetrevlig personal. Precis som på många håll i Peru är det väldigt lyhört. Rummen var lite kalla när vi kom, men det fanns värmeelement att sätta på. Ligger på väldigt bra avstånd till Plaza de Armas.

We had a very pleasant and convenient stay at Casona Plaza Hotel Cusco and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco. The location is excellent—very close to the central Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and key attractions in the city. It is also very accessible from the airport, which made our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the staff’s exceptional helpfulness and hospitality. They kindly allowed us early check-in, which was a huge relief after our journey and helped us settle in comfortably right away. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed and showed genuine care throughout our stay. A particularly thoughtful gesture was that they safely stored our luggage free of charge for 5 days while we were on our trek. Since we left before breakfast time everyday, they also checked in with us to ask if we would like a lunch box prepared for the day. This level of attention and consideration made a big difference and showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for its good location, smooth access, and warm, attentive service.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, located perfectly right beside Chapultepec. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire facility and experience felt very high end!

The room was very clean and the hotel is fully updated and renovated. The kids loved it and it was very comfortable with very hot water the whole entire time.
