While checking in the lady was so rude and paid me extra 60$ for a toilet It is so expensive for a motel or a room which was taken The reservation was not honest It was a very bad experience

Check-in was very slow. The room smelled like cigarettes. The following morning they lost the power and no staff was there to help their customers at all. I had to find the fire escape to get out of the building myself, and had to leave voicemail to tell them where I left the key since no one was there at all.

Tout était insalubre… la chambre, les planchers en tuiles sales, des trous dans les murs, tête de lit salle et crasseuse, pas de salle de bain et/ou douche, pas de toilette, pas de lavabo, pas de téléphone, ni miroir dans la chambre. Personnel douteux, pas d’ordinateur pour contrôler les chambres louées ou non…. Ça avait l’air « clandestin » une fois à l’intérieur. Très loin de ressembler à leur photo sur la publicité de leur « hôtel », si on peut appeler ça môme ça.

Staff support was lake, I met them only on the check in, the agent wasn't nice. Other thing, they kept a copy of my ID, this is the first time i book a hotel her in Canada and I'm asked to provide an ID, I'm not comfortable letting my personal info anywhere, especially in an open laptop in a grocery store! Is this Expedia rules or this hotel's rules I need to know cause this is my first time booking by Expedia hopimg it will not be the last one. The room wasn’t comfortable, very smal and the toilet almost without door

Le frigo n'était pas branché notre arrivée. Aucune eau chaude, donc incapable de se laver. Je me suis assise sur le lit pour regarder la tv et une vis est tombé par terre, mon conjoint c'est assis de l'autre coté et 2 lattes de soutien du matelas sont tombés sur le plancher.

Nous avions réservé pour le Marathon du P'tit train du Nord et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l'hôtel n'avait pas notre réservation. Nous avons dû chercher dans plusieurs autres hôtels, tout était réservé et avons dû trouver un hébergement dans une autre ville. Expedia n'a pas voulu répondre à notre demande de dédommagement. Une expérience stressante et décevante.

La limpieza es buena, el personal amable, la habitacion que alquile por una noche, no tenia baño en la habitacion y el baño comun es muy limpio. En resumen me siento contento de haberme alojado ahi.

No soundproofing. Didn’t feel safe. Wasn’t worth the money saved.

This place was so dodgy... its above a grocery store, the staff really only spoke Spanish, there was shared bathroom with no toilet paper, the single doorknob on the room was barely on the door with one key and while the room itself seemed fine, albeit small, it smelt badly of smoke. There were a bunch of people doing laundry in the common area and the common kitchen was a large closet. We left immediately, ate the $100 and went to the Best Western. I couldnt recommend this place less...

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the toilet didn’t work and someone with a daycare under the room said she was being flooded and not to run any more water. Had to brush our teeth without water. The shower in the room was next to the bed. The mattress was smaller than the bed. A lounge outside the room with someone watching television most of the night. A bar next door with people shouting all hours. The smoke detector beeping all night. You have to check in at the store next door. It was just horrible and couldn’t wait to leave!

Honnêtement, je ne sais pas où il y a une cuisine mais c’était vraiment pas la cas. Par exemple nous avions un frigidaire et un four micro-ondes. La chambre que nous avions étais pas top. Le plancher étais comme un plancher de béton dans les écoles et n’avais pas l’air très propre. Il y avait également des poils sur la couverture, je ne crois pas qu’il les changes. Le draps contour oui mais pas la couverture. Sinon le reste étais correct. De plus, on sentais comme une vieille odeur écœurante de cigarette… Je n’y retournerais pas mais sa a dépanner. Le plus malaisant étais d’aller faire un Check in dans une fruiterie pendant que les gens attendais pour payer leur article…

The light in our room was connected to hallway lights, if the hallway light goes on at 2am, a bright fluorescent light comes on in our room. The other room had no light in toilet when hallway light was off. I booked for 5 people, the camp bed they provided has a 10cm matress with no fitting sheet
