Reasonable priced in a safe area, that’s very walkable to local attractions and eateries. Customer service was also great providing clean towels, and room cleaning daily.

Something that I like about the hotel was the pool and it was quiet . Something I didn’t like about the hotel was that it needs more breakfast options.

Property wasn’t cleaned at check in you could tell that one of the 3 rooms booked was given to someone else and they didn’t like the room and asked for a different one. Requested for the room to be cleaned every day and it wasn’t until the last day

My wife and myself have stayed in many hotels in the past and this place was probably the worse, friendliness was non-existent. The rooms were so small, I had to go in the hall to change my mind. I'm trying to make light of a situation that was supposed to be a good experience for us considering that we came there to get married. That went very well for us and couldn't have been any better. The location of this hotel is very convenient and it's in the center of everything, but needs a lot of improvement in terms of providing better service to their customers. Room service was every other day, I never heard of that before. I feel like we were overcharged for a room of that size. We tried to find something else but couldn't, it was the 4th of July and everything was booked up. We had visited Destin Florida in the past before and we were expecting to get the same results.

I forget his name amd its not gonna get him a raise sadly but the young man with glasses on 2nd. I told him id leave a review especially for him. He was amazing my entire stay. Dark skin man with glasses, was even training a new start. He deserves a raise and then some. Please pay this man more. Pony tail glasses. Dark. He should run this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located for shopping, dining out, and the beach. The beach was a little bit of a walk and the main road is very busy one to cross. The pool was a pleasant temp but with the strong sun we would have appreciated a little cover somewhere. the breakfast was nice and constantly refilled, very clean. Also plenty of seating in the breakfast/lobby area.

Great stay budget friendly, quiet, Relaxing but no place for an outside comfort cigar.

Hotel Stay Review – June 20–22 My mother and I stayed at this hotel from June 20th to June 22nd. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The young lady who assisted us was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, the other staff member present did not acknowledge us, which slightly affected the overall check-in experience. We stayed in room 218. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was looking forward to a restful sleep on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we were disturbed by loud noises coming from the floor above—footsteps, running, and banging—from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax. For future stays, I would recommend booking a room on the third floor to avoid similar disturbances. The bathroom was clean, but we experienced a few issues. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers mounted to the wall were leaking into the tub throughout our stay, which required constant cleaning. Additionally, the water pressure from the shower head was low, although the water temperature remained hot during the entire shower. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but appreciated. The refrigerator was dirty and not working customers before us have left things in there so the housekeeper didn’t check it. Also, the microwave was filthy. I had to go downstairs to warm my food. Nobody come to clean it after reporting it. we will also put around the ice machine where it made noise all night because of ppl getting ice

The property was in a great location for a short stay in Destin. Very clean and friendly staff.

It was average

First the pros: the facility was clean. It was in a great location. Restaurants and shops were nearby. You couldn't beat the location. The cons: I booked an assistance room for my husband who needs it and we were not given one. When I asked for a different room, I was told they didn't have any. This made for a difficult stay for my husband due to his illness. No clean up service daily unless you ask. I asked and room was only cleaned one day while there. We had to ask for towels daily. The rooms are extremely small. They do not look like the photographs. If I would have known this I would have looked elsewhere. We were put next to ice machine. HORRIBLE... Breakfast was just ok, nothing special at all. The front desk was very nonchalant, only had one good interaction with a young man from Jamaica working there. He was very pleasant. Overall, I won't stay here again. I guess the beginning of having to adjust the room just set me in for a bad experience.
