It was very nice to stay, but clubs are just across the street which make loud noise until 4am. Also, don’t bring kids due to there are sexshops aroud of hotel in your concern.

주말동안 지냈는데, 바로 앞이 클럽이라 새벽 여섯시정도까지 시끄러움. 하지만 문의하니 다른 사이드로 방을 흔쾌히 바꿔줬고, 그러니깐 아주 잘 잘수있었음. 직원들의 친절도는 매우 좋고 위치도 괜찮음!

Great location and excellent staff. Breakfast was included and delicious.

Really enjoyed the amenities. How convenient the property is to everything that one would need just a short walk away.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, solo que el estacionamiento tiene muchas limitantes, llegamos y nos dijeron que estaba lleno, luego que era muy bajo y la camioneta que llevábamos no cabía… sería bueno que especificaran que ese servicio es sujeto a disponibilidad y mencionar que no tiene altura adecuada

We had stayed at this property before it was remodelled and still called Amberes Suites. The rooms are modern and nice but much smaller now. Hotel is on Amberes in Zona Rosa’s nightclub area-last time our room faced street-it was loud. This time, we were on backside if hotel-nice & quiet! Awesome! Our inbound flight was delayed over 15 hrs-staff handled it professionally and were there when we arrived. Thank you. Positives:modern rooms, safe area, polite and accomodating staff, Areas of growth: rooms are cleaned every third day….should try to cut it down to every 2. -continental breakfast was a big reason we returned…last time, it was not the typical bfast. You had an a la carte menu that was both tasty & filling. This time, breakfast was very disappointing. Chilaquiles were bad, probably the worst I’ve ever had. My son ordered juice, & they brought him 1/2 a short glass. The pancake bfast had 2 small maybe 5-inch pancakes. Needless to say, although our bfast was included, we chose to eat elsewhere fir the rest of our stay. -we asked and were told that an airport shuttle was provided-tge wrote us down to reserve their minivan. The morning we left, a private taxi arrived the size of a nissan Sentra/Tsuru fir 4 ppl plus baggage. And the price the ended up quoting us (when taxi arrived) was different than what we were actually charged.

El hotel es espectacular, el desayuno es malísimo, te ofrecen un menú fijo con pocas opciones muy escaso, y no saben ni preparar un café. Es más, las camareras tienen que preguntar cada movimiento a la persona que está a cargo, que como toda persona incompetente tiene que supervisar todo y no sabe delegar.. Es una pena porque el hotel es excelente, la habitación es preciosa.

Great staff. Clean and comfortable room

The room was very comfortable. Staff is what made the stay a 5 star the guy in the feony Cristian was spectacular! Hotel s near so much stuff to do . Highly recommend.

Perfect service

I like the property is centrally located. What I didnt like was the size serving for breakfast and very slow.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms gym and eating area are VERY clean. The breakfast was very little and very slow and not warm. Our Ac in the room kept shutting off.

We had an great stay at this amazing hotel. Clean, very friendly staff speaking English very well and great breakfast included. We had a balcony and had our coffee on there every morning. Gym new and clean enough equipment to keep you going. Very walkable to great bars and restaurants. About 40 min walk from Bella des Artes. Will stay here again.

Great experience all round.

The hotel is nice and remodeled. But unfortunately the beds were hard as a rock. And the breakfast selection is extremely limited and the same. It never changes. Also, I wanted to extend my stay for 5 extra nights and give them more business and see if they would switch me to a difference room because the room I had was very dark and the main manager who I spoke with was not very friendly or accommodating so I moved to a different hotel after my reservation was complete

Loved it! Great hotel spacious rooms and super friendly staff. The only thing was the breakfast we both did not like the option, definitely needs some attention to match the rest of the hotel standards. Only had 2 breakfast at the hotel can not recommend it.
