Nice and clean.

Staff at reception were so helpful as solo traveller. Sabrine very kindly ordered a taxi to airport for me on my departure day. The gentleman on reception also was so kind .

Séjour court mais très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix, tout nickel . Hôtel simple mais chic . Rien à redire si ce n’est les oreillers trop mous 😉. Je reviendrai.

We got a code to enter the hotel. When arriving to the room the smell was so strong, from black mold. We couldn't change room, the hotel was unmanned. We got headache, cough and astma symtoms and damp sheets. Since staying on first floor with only a window towards the street it was not possible to have a saft open windown either. We talked to the hotel the morning after that said they had a water leakage and was sorry about the inconvenience and promised to refund. But they didn't. We had to wash the clothes several times after this night.

amazing service and super cosy room. Everything was perfect from start to finish: warm welcome, cosy room, delicious breakfast. perfect for a romantic weekend and very well located (we came by bus and rented bikes!!!)

Property right on the harbour good for restaurants and bars,very busy and noisy,early morning refuse collection did not help,corridor in hotel dark ,we forgot are door code for the inside door used the intercom for 20 minutes with no reply another guest let us in he to had the same problem earlier

Hôtel qui ne veux pas annuler une réservation même 2 minutes après avoir réserver. Après tout, vu les commentaires sur Google à propos des odeurs des égouts, on sait peut-être où sont les gros rats.

Un peu inquiète en lisant les commentaires négatifs de l’hôtel en arrivant je suis maintenant étonnée .. nous avons passé un super séjour dans un chambre très agréable, propre et donnant sur le cours Félix Faure . L’hôtel a été rénové avec goût . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

The hotel is situated right on the harbour. The views from the room are spectacular

First of all, in Mohammed, they have a superb manager. Nothing was too much trouble and he was superb in every respect. The hotel has been completely renovated and was in 3 star condition facing over the delightful little port of La Flotte. Highly recommended

Le seul reproche que l'on doit faire est la difficulté de se garer en voiture pour poser les bagages.

Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel le Francais. Il est très bien situé. La chambre familiale est très grande et pratique. Et le personnel est adorable

Emplacement de l'hôtel parfait, au cœur de la station. Chambre très bien rénové, bien isolé phoniquement bien que fenêtre sur rue. Pas de clim dans les chambres mais pas besoin ! un ventilateur est là et il fait très bien l'affaire (la chambre est bien isolé thermiquement aussi). Petit déjeuner très agréable au bar français, rayon de soleil, vue sur le port et sourire des équipes. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques. On ne comptait pas revenir dans cet hôtel car on aime bien changé mais là on reviendra !

L’emplacement de hôtel est idéal , pour autant c’est très compliqué pour garer son véhicule place de parking hors de prix 30€ la journée à proximité hôtel dommage .
