Fantastic location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Washing machine not working. Steep stairs to bathroom so 4/5 for some things. I would highly recommend

Es un apartamento precioso, cómodo y en una de las mejores zonas de Sevilla. Tiene un patio maravilloso. Nos encantó. El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento, que no hay en los alrededores y los parking son excesivamente caros.

Great overall. However, the signs to find the property and my room was difficult to find. I arrived at night and the réponse to my WhatsApp messages was not that great. I looked for the building and my room for at least 30 minutes. Other than this, the place is clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.

The price-performance ratio was not right. The accommodation was overpriced

Muchas seguridad, amplia y muy bien equipadas, pegada a una plaza enorme con muchos bares

Quiet but close to the Alameda. Room is large two stories. Bed very comfortable. Frequent customer.

El alojamiento es una buena opción para la estancia en Sevilla. Bien comunicado, agradable, cómodo, limpio y silencioso. Recomendable.

The place could use a few rugs, the floors are marble (or stone?) and are absolutely freezing, the only heating options are two air conditioners, the one in the bedroom is so loud, it's impossible to sleep with (probably never maintained) There is a kitchenette with a fridge, but absolutely nothing except for two portions of coffee and a dishwasher pill (one)

Picked this hotel as stop gap after arriving into Seville late night before joining the rest of my party at an alternative hotel. Was pleasantly surprised - the room set over 2 floors was very modern, had everything we needed and the balcony meant that you actually saw daylight. Communication with the property was excellent and polite as I did badger them as to how I was going to gain entry arriving past 1.00 am in the morning. However, the codes provided worked perfectly and if it was just me and my partner would have happily stayed there.

El alojamiento en general nos gustó mucho. Salvo que la puerta que daba al resto de balcones faltaba una cortinilla y eso restaba intimidad con el resto de huéspedes de los balcones porque se veía todo para adentro, más de noche con las luces encendidas...supongo que es algo puntual pero que ha hecho nuestra estancia menos cómoda.

Hotel, muy bien situado, limpio y con todas las comodidades.
