Bugs in the shower, cockroaches near entrance of buildings, but friendly staff.

This hotel was very nice and very clean. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

I requested an accessible room, but the access was inaccessible. The level path was no where near parking. Also even though they recycle water, having to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water was not pleasant. The staff was wonderful, the setting beautiful, but I was not aware the area where the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi pictured were was under construction. Dreams of a lovely soak in the spa didn't happen. As an alumni of Cal Poly, I know you can do better.

It is being remodeled. Quiet, safe clean enough but not that clean as there was a dark spider on the ceiling once light in room was turned on. Hotel setting is great and in a park-like setting. Check-in was quick and instruction to room was confusing. Check out was quick and easy. Will stay again once remodel is done hopefully in 2-3 months

The hotel was under renovation and the pool was not useable. We did not know this when we booked the room

Nice rooms and extremely convenient if you are visiting Cal Poly Pamona

This hotel is located within the university campus, surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even when we checked in at midnight. It's a fantastic place for a conference or a relaxing weekend—at times, it feels like you're in the middle of a forest. Highly recommended. A+++ — I’ll definitely stay here again.

On campus, convenient location for CPP orientation and visits

Convenient to CPP, short Drive to restaurants, easy freeway access, very quiet!

Quiet and secluded. Wish could have enjoyed it longer.

Newly renovated bathroom. Clean and quiet.

I was on the bottom floor and it smelled a little dank and moldy, and the floor moldings in the bathroom were separating from the wall. They need to dehumidify the bottom floor and upgrade the mo moldings. Location is good, but the room is average at best.

Convenient location to assist move-out of dorm. Prepaid for stay but was charged a balance upon check-in. Rectified the confusion next day as balance due was incorrect.

Very close to graduation! Made the graduation a breeze.

room was not clean and very dated. staff did not provide accurate directions to my room.

Reception great, location of room at night hard to find. Balcony had no view due to large over grown bushes in front of it. Tv had issues with little channels and I was told it would be fixed the next day.

Beautiful- Serene! Balcony and trees! I felt like I was on a real vacation! Highly recommend
