Staff are so helpful, food is great and the roof bar is amazing! I would recommend staying here! Very close to everything old town!

Rooms ok , we upgraded to sea view which was lovely. Staff little bit and miss, maybe it’s just a few crossed lines. We asked at reception did they serve food on the roof top terrace and was told twice yes they do, only to be told at the rooftop no they don’t. We asked for an iron, 4 times to be told they’re asked housekeeping and it was on its way, never arrived , creased shirt just got worn! It’s Benidorm so who cares…. But everything else was fine and not an issue.

First visit to the Barcelo Benidorm Beach and we loved it! Excellent location to everything, food was very good! The room was good - we didn’t realise the room we booked didn’t have a balcony and this was a missing for us. The room was clean but the floor did sometimes feel sandy! Would definitely recommend and would go back.

I didnt use the pool. I thought it looked smaller than the advertised but its okay as the sea right out front was blissful :) Great location though what i thought was the posher end with the old town close by for great restaurants

Awsome employees,very clean and nice hotel room ,super nice breakfast,location was super super good! Only issue was the elemantry school was east side of the hotel,very noisey during school hrs.

Everything was fab from the minute we arrive to the minute we left. Staff very professional and friendly. Food choice - good and well presented. Great roof top bar / pool. Rooms were nice although the drains had a little wiff! Already looking at prices for next year, something ive not done before!

Vi hadde gleden av å bo på dette hotellet i 12 dager(11 netter) i mai-2026. Vi har besøkt Benidorm 1-2 ganger i året i ca 15 år. Dette var første gangen på Barcelo Benidorm Beach. Hotellet har meget god beliggenhet på stranden, like ved gamlebyen. Hotellet er relativt nytt og moderne. Vi hadde kun frokost inkludert da vi liker å spise ute på forskjellige restauranter. Hotellet har en god frokost med god kapasitet. Noe varierende kapasitet på de forskjellige bemannings-skiftene, men generelt sett bra. Takterrassen med sitt basseng/bar løftet oppholdet og fremstår meget bra. To ting trekker ned: ifm bruk av heisene kan man ikke "trykke ned" eller "trykke opp" ut ifra hvilket ønske man har. Noe som gjør at man kjører mye heis, opp og ned, før man kommer til riktig etasje. Dette var både komisk/irriterende for mange. Den andre saken gjelder frekvens på skifte av sengetøy. På et firestjerners hotell bør man kunne forvente at det blir skiftet sengetøy minst en gang under et 11 -netters opphold. På forespørsel ble dette gjort etter 10 dager. Alt i alt et meget bra opphold/hotell med stort potensiale.

Room was great. Separate toilet and shower and a prep/dressing area. Balcony on side of hotel with good view of the sea and morning to mid day sunshine. Food was excellent with a good variety of freshly prepared food. Would stay again

Excellent room didn't get a sea view but was still nice and quiet convenient for everything ,pool area good and the bar was normal prices which is a bonus . Breakfast very busy could do with a few more tables but food was good.

We stayed again. Half board which was great.

Reservation made 12 ago and specifically asked for a quiet room- given a room above school with kids shouting. They allocated me after argument to a mother room opposite a wall no view or light but a quiet so I agreed. The next day I have put the cleaning sing on door and left for a day trip - returned 5 pm and I was the only room that has end been cleaned - terrible attitude. Hotel is well located on beach and breakfast was good

We enjoyed 5 comfortable nights and good breakfasts.

A great hotel, perfect beachfront location and breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. There was a hen party there even though they advertise that they don’t allow it but appreciated that if they don’t do a group booking it is very hard to tell. They did not disturb us and we really liked what was essentially an adults only hotel. Would highly recommend.
