This was the worst experience I have ever experienced staff was rude in fact had to wait for someone to come to the to check in.

Nice location convenient to everything

I checked into the hotel and was provided the key to someone else’s room. As a woman knowing the staff is this careless with their guests safety is extremely scary. It’s also been two days after my stay and no one has answered the phone for me or Expedia for my refund. I would not recommend.

Clean, good breakfast, comfortable room, easy check-in and check-out. Convenient location, and roomy accommodations. Pool is tiny.

The manager and front desk attendant were so welcoming

I booked a 2 queen suite and was given a 2 queen standard. We needed the suite for the extra bed space. We had to make it work using a roll away cot because the hotel was completely booked. I can’t seem to get a refund for the difference in cost of the suite vs standard despite contacting hotels.com and the property manager.
