체크인이 굉장히 불편함. 키를 찾아도 로비에서 확인절차를 거쳐야해서 번거로웠음. 대신 보안은 좋은것같음. 방은 사진보다 좀 썰렁하고 오래된 느낌이었고 아늑한 느낌은 아니었음. 수건도 충분하지않았음 바로 쇼핑센터와 카페 등이 이어져서 위치는 좋음

Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in. The amenities were also lacking, no bathroom, no floor towels, no wash towels, and no hand soap. The host was responsive though once I got there so that was a plus. The unit was clean with a great view. The area was beautiful and convenient with many shops and restaurants on and around the property.

Property is not well maintained, not clean and not ready for me at the time I checked in; does not have the utilities as listed in the property’s descriptions. I will never come back to this property again.

Poorly maintained and dirty apartment. Roaches and insects Wardrobes breaking down I dont understand why the owners dont look after the place ?

nice location, the only bad thing is you have no key to access the front entrance...need to wait for someone to come out and sneak in like a thief

This was a catfish of a property and just so inconvenient as a whole. In order to go through a resident only door to access the elevators you must flag down some lady and use her finger print to open. The security guard is of no help. There were bugs on the beds and black mold on the bathroom ceilings. Laundry machine got stuck for 2 days with our clothes in it and no proper place or instructions to dispose trash. Accommodation only gave 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom.

The self-check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions from the host. The apartment had a clean, minimalist vibe, which I loved
