여유있고 친절한 직원들

직원들이 친절했고, 호텔 시설(루프탑 바, 다이닝 등)에 대한 안내도 잘 되었습니다. 조식이 포함되어 있었는데, 조식도 맛이 훌륭했고, 요거트부터 셀러드, 과일, 와인까지 메뉴도 다양했습니다. 호텔이 좀 골목 안에 있어서 큰 짐을 가지고 들어가기 불편합니다. 호텔 앞까지 택시가 가지 않고요. 체크인 하는 날은 저희가 짐을 가지고 들어갔지만, 마지막 날에 직원분이 택시가 잡히는 곳까지 짐을 옮겨줘 편하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 두번째날 청소 후에 하구수 냄새가 좀 났는데 그거 빼곤 만족합니다. 조용하고 테라스 뷰도 포르토의 거리를 느낄 수 있어 아름다웠습니다.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic service. The food was great too. Just beware aware that most cars can’t drive to the front of the hotel as the road is very narrow and you have to drag (or carry) your bags 100 metres over an old cobblestone road. It adds to the experience but if you have heavy bags, it can be challenging.

Staff was amazing! Rooftop bar had excellent drinks and food.loved the location and atmosphere.

This is a beautiful hotel a real jewel in Porto Amazing staff we have a superior room with balcony with city view but we were able to see the river. The room was amazing

Nicely refurbished hotel in the middle of old town. Good rooftop and restaurant för both breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Amazing staff, they all were very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay!! Hotel was beautiful - rooms are very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Porto. Thank you so much for making my parters 30th birthday so special.

Very clean and well maintained property with friendly staff. The only downsides might be location meaning cars have a hard time accessing the property and the rooms with a terrace all have a view of a stone wall unless otherwise mentioned.

I was disappointed with this hotel as it was supposed to be 5 star. The staff were just ok didn’t really go out of their way with help or advice. The barman was quite unhelpful and rude. Also there was building work going on next door so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony or have the doors open because of this. The hotel did not fore warn us of this when we booked otherwise I would have reconsidered our stay!

Dette hotellet MÅ jeg anbefale på det sterkeste. Vi fikk en fantastisk mottakelse i resepsjonen og fikk tilbud om kaffe, vann eller annen drikke mens vi sjekket inn. En av de ansatte fulgte oss opp til rommet hvor bagasjen allerede var plassert. Rommet (superior dobbelt) var stort og romslig og det manglet ingen ting. Frokost ble servert i restauranten av et smilende og servicevennlig team. Hotellet som åpnet etter en omfattende oppgradering av eiendommen har en nydelig atmosfære og de ansatte er fantastiske. Hotellet må oppleves!
