위치가 너무 좋았음. 중앙역에서 기차내려서 큰 가방 끌면서도 어렵지 않게 갈수있다. 직원들도 너무 친절했고 방도 따듯함.

We were on top floor, room noisy with air handling or kitchen fan above. Went on all night. No hot water in the morning. Veey disappointing as thiis was an upgraded room and wedding anniversary.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spotless and a great size. We opted for the wellness king to allow us to use the spa in the morning. I would definitely do this again. The only fault I had was the TV signal was terrible it kept cutting out. And the water provided, sparkling, yuck. Other than the tow minor things I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The king size bed was two twins put together, and they didn’t use a mattress pad or something to lessen the uncomfortable middle. The bed also slid apart, making the gap worse. Our bathroom smelled like sewage gas, most of the time. We had only been given one bath towel for two people. We called the front desk several times requesting another towel as well as the robes and slippers needed for the spa. We never received them. The hotel is in a nice location and has a good breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, bathroom very clean. Only downside was window in our room draughty (though secondary glazing helped) and air con wouldn’t go above 19 degrees but we do not report it as only sleeping in room so we perhaps would have got alternative room if reported so not fault of hotel. Beds v comfortable. Would return.

Front desk staff was a mixed bag. We had one excellent staff and two that were not great. Bar and dining room staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. We stayed twice over a week....one room had several problems we reported but were never addressed and the second room was an accessible room that was awkward and had an adjoining room with super loud guests that kept us up all night. Location was great.

Not ideal for those with accessibility needs, I’d definitely avoid.

The staff was really friendly. I did have dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was great and the service was amazing!

What a fabulous two night stay at The Address, Glasgow! Booked an early check in and were greeted with an upgrade on arrival - it was so appreciated! More comfortable bed we have slept in in a hotel and the shower was amazing - so relaxing! Great location and hotel was spotless! Staff so friendly and helpful. Dined at North and it was so nice - great food and drinks! Can’t wait to come back!

Room was beautiful and the bathroom immaculate

Peaceful oasis in the city. Loved having access to the wellness suite, the high ceilings in the room, and the comfy bedding.

Everything was great. Well kept and run. Pillows a bit firm but still fine for a good sleep and the shower has no back so the toilet floor was constantly soaked but very minor inconveniences.

We booked a twin room, which was very dark despite light being on. The single beds were not singlebeds but probably 3/4 of a single bed. Very narrow..not comfortable at all. The noise from outside made it very difficult for us to sleep. Breakfast was nice when we eventually got it. They seemed to have run out of a lot of the cooked breakfast and we, amongst others, had to wait at least 20 mins for a new batch to come out. Staff were lovely though.

My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room. I also received a "wake up call" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me. The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic. In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.
