j'ai réservé sur hôtel.com car l'hôtel apparaissait a 4,6Km de Schwyz ou mon fils était hospitalisé en urgence. aucune notification comme quoi il fallait prendre le téléphérique et en plus je reçois un mail le jour meme ou il est en panne! aucune réponse aux messages envoyés, SAV inconséquent de hôtel.com. Bref une tres mauvaise expérience avec la perte de 2 nuits pour un hôtel ou je ne pouvais meme pas allée mais bien facturé ! quelle manque d'honnêteté de la plateforme et de l'établissement ou seul le profit compte. Dommage

A tall modern hotel that sticks out like a sore thumb from the surrounding village, but boy was it nice and comfortable.

Super schönes Hotel, direkt neben der Bahn. Gutes Frühstück und Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Schöner Wellnessbereich und Zimmer, alles neu mit herrlichem Ausblick. Wasserstationen auf den Etagen sind auch klasse. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :-)

This is clearly “the place to stay” in Stoos. Location is key and this place delivers in that regard. The rooms and very clean and have modern facilities. Nothing luxurious. Honestly, the rest of the place, for what you pay, is just ‘meh’. It may be one of the best places to stay in Stoos but it isn’t a place that will blow you away. The staff are wonderful. The restaurant complete with robot service (yes, literally robots bringing plates back to the kitchen!) doesn’t give off a luxurious vibe in the least. Maybe fun for the kids. My stay was perfectly adequate. Nothing really wrong with the place but again, for what you pay, it was just okay.

Did not live the restaurant and lack of choices. Server was unfriendly. The hotel and location can't be beat.
