We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

Stayed for 2 weeks, nice and comfy stay

My stay was a very seamless process. Dr. Hassan and Mr. Alaa were wonderful hosts ready with various recommendations ranging from dinner to entertainment. The apt was super clean and close to everything. I will highly recommend this place to anyone.
