전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Amberlyn Suite Hotel

좋은 위치에 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 공간 넓고 깨끗하고 스탭들도 친절합니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 다만 커피머신은 깨끗하게 관리가 안 된 듯합니다.

청결상태가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 소파에 얼룩이 좀 많았습니다.

다 좋습니다만, 세탁이 없다는 점. 방이 수동 잠금장치라는 점. 주차장이 좁다는 점이 아쉬움.

Room condition was great when we first got here, lots of space and very clean. BUT the lift and the air conditioning didn’t work at all during the whole stay (3 nights.) We complained about the AC immediately, but no serious action was taken. We couldn’t sleep at all because it was too hot, so we talked about this many times but the manager said “it is not a big deal” and didn’t offer to help at all. Her attitude was very unprofessional and irresponsible. With the lift, we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every time. They said someone is coming the next morning, but obviously it wasn’t fixed when we checked out. We had to physically go down to the reception to ask for anything and on the last day we had to use our own mobile phone to call the reception, no phone in the room and it’s ridiculous. Service level of this hotel is shocking and i would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. 방은 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗하지만 서비스 최악, 기본이 안되어있음. 3일 내내 엘베랑 에어컨 안됨. 컴플레인 했는데 별 일 아니라고 아무런 조치도 취하지 않음. 더워서 잠못자고 5층에 묵어서 계단 오르락 내리락 다리아프고 총체적 난국. 방에 전화기도 없어서 내돈내고 내폰으로 리셉션에 전화해야함. 추천하지 않음. 4성급이라니

만족스러운 공간의 크기와 위치 하지만 초봄의 추위를 커버하기에는 너무 추웠습니다. 실내온도를 충분히 올릴 수 있는 장치가 필요할 듯 합니다.

객실 크기도 꽤 크고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 전반적으로 만족한 객실이었어요~~^^

너무 청결하고 친절하고..다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다.

Rent og fint hotell. Det har rolig beliggenhet samtidig som det er kort avstand til sentrum

Ωραίο και άνετο δωμάτιο : διαμέρισμα, σε βολική περιοχή κοντά στη γραμμή δύο του μετρό. Απόσταση από το κέντρο με τα πόδια. Δε μου άρεσε μόνο η υψηλή έξτρα χρέωση για το πρωινό.

Bra läge på hotellet & rena rum. Städningen innebar inte att få sängarna bäddade, badrummet städat eller nya handdukar men de tömnde soporna i köket. Köket saknar alla möjligheter att kunna laga mat. Det finns bara kaffekoppar, glas , tsllrikar bestick. Ingen annan köksutrustning.

Very nice and helpful staff (Maria and Natalia, thanks for all the recommendations!), absolutely amazing apartment, full equipped, clean and comfortable. Fabulous location to get around by foot or public transport. Unexpected finding and an important part of our great experience in Budapest. Definitely will come back next time I visit the city.

Hotellet ligger dejligt rengøringen var middelmådige. Men morgenmaden var dissideret elendigt. Kunne godt bo der igen pg af placering og dejlig stor lejlighed. Men ville ikke spise der

We stayed 2 nights, check in went smooth, we were able to get into the room before 3. We are very thankful. Clean well equiped and spacious hotel. Located by a silent street,near public transport. We recommend this hotel

Great spot to stay with a large group of people

Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits dans la plus grande des suites de cet hôtel à Budapest et notre expérience a été décevante. Malgré le standing affiché de l'établissement, plusieurs points n'étaient absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le ménage n’a pas été effectué pendant deux jours. Bien que nous l'ayons signalé à la réception, aucune action n'a été prise pour résoudre ce problème. Les finitions de la chambre laissent à désirer : les murs étaient sales et abîmés, ce qui donnait une impression générale de négligence. Le service, en général, a également été décevant. Au petit-déjeuner, le personnel parlait très peu anglais, ce qui est problématique dans un hôtel qui accueille des voyageurs internationaux. L'expérience au moment du check-out a été le point culminant de notre déception. La dame à la réception s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable. Non seulement elle avait des difficultés à comprendre et à s'exprimer en anglais, mais elle a aussi tenté de nous facturer des services que nous avions déjà payés. Son comportement était clairement inapproprié : elle soupirait devant nous, montrant un manque total de professionnalisme. Cet hôtel n’a pas répondu à nos attentes et ne mérite pas son classement actuel.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Personnel très gentil et hôtel bien situé, proche des transports en commun.

Great price and very clean and convenient. Spacious but a bit away from the main areas. Still happy I choose this hotel. And it was very inexpensive. It was nice to have the small kitchen and close to a great grocery store if you’re looking to eat at home!

I liked the 1.5 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit for 6pp. Nice tub. Nice snacks and water amenities. Great breakfast for the price, especially bc they had sandwiches made that you could take with you for lunch. Great coffee service. Only complaint was the noise outside the front of the hotel which we were located above. It went on thru early morning hours. Garbage trucks went through at 6am and spent 20 minutes making an incredible noise.
