좋은 위치에 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 공간 넓고 깨끗하고 스탭들도 친절합니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 다만 커피머신은 깨끗하게 관리가 안 된 듯합니다.

청결상태가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 소파에 얼룩이 좀 많았습니다.

다 좋습니다만, 세탁이 없다는 점. 방이 수동 잠금장치라는 점. 주차장이 좁다는 점이 아쉬움.

Room condition was great when we first got here, lots of space and very clean. BUT the lift and the air conditioning didn’t work at all during the whole stay (3 nights.) We complained about the AC immediately, but no serious action was taken. We couldn’t sleep at all because it was too hot, so we talked about this many times but the manager said “it is not a big deal” and didn’t offer to help at all. Her attitude was very unprofessional and irresponsible. With the lift, we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every time. They said someone is coming the next morning, but obviously it wasn’t fixed when we checked out. We had to physically go down to the reception to ask for anything and on the last day we had to use our own mobile phone to call the reception, no phone in the room and it’s ridiculous. Service level of this hotel is shocking and i would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. 방은 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗하지만 서비스 최악, 기본이 안되어있음. 3일 내내 엘베랑 에어컨 안됨. 컴플레인 했는데 별 일 아니라고 아무런 조치도 취하지 않음. 더워서 잠못자고 5층에 묵어서 계단 오르락 내리락 다리아프고 총체적 난국. 방에 전화기도 없어서 내돈내고 내폰으로 리셉션에 전화해야함. 추천하지 않음. 4성급이라니

만족스러운 공간의 크기와 위치 하지만 초봄의 추위를 커버하기에는 너무 추웠습니다. 실내온도를 충분히 올릴 수 있는 장치가 필요할 듯 합니다.

객실 크기도 꽤 크고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 전반적으로 만족한 객실이었어요~~^^

Clean rooms, quiet and safe neighborhood, staff is courteous and helpful.

Staff were horrendous. No customer service. The manager was rude and laughed when we didn't have a room to check in too

Very clean, lots of space and great customer service from the front desk. Felt very safe and would 100% recommend. Great location too.

The shower above the bath is just a loose shower head so very difficult to actually have a shower or wash your hair with.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Personal nur zum Teil verständnisvoll. Checkin war absolut emotionslos und strukturiert nach Plan und nicht herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil hochwertig, aber ansatzweise abgewohnt. Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht (es wurde nicht gesaugt), aber Handtuchwechsel klappte. Der Teppich im Fahrstuhl sah 3 Tage furchtbar aus. Frühstück sehr gut und frisch. Die Lage ruhig aber etwas langweilig im Vergleich zu anderen Vierteln.

God service, fine rom og flott beliggenhet

Location is great and more importantly, for a family of 4 it’s great value. Tram and underground within 5 min walk to take you to the centre. Lots of amenities also very close by. Only 1 lift is very limited and can imagine it causing delays when busy. The apartment hotels Room with living room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A brilliant experience overall.
