It was a very average hotel. The room surely has had a pet in it before because I am Allergic to pets and I got an allergy reaction. Also the bedding surely had a pets fur on it because I woke up Both mornings with a swollen face and sneezing. Be careful of them offering you a car. There is uber in Cairo and dramatically cheaper. They wanted to charge us a lot for a small drive. The food is average I. Their restaurant is nice roof top. But there is no alcohol We ordered wine and beer but paid a lot for it. It’s very convenient for the museum and pyramids

Il personale è gentile attento e disponibile, il ristorante con terrazza sul Grande Museo Egizio è ottimo. L'albergo è in una zona un po' isolata dove è difficile muoversi a piedi. Unica pecca il piumino sopra il letto, a giugno Al Cairo era sufficiente un lenzuolo...

Very friendly people and work together making every guest feel welcomed while meeting their needs. The kindness and affection I’ve received was phenomenal. Also visit the rooftop restaurant they have a variety of delicious foods and very hospitable.

Difficult to access the museum. Tiny bathroom with shower door that stuck. Elevator has a mind of its own . Restaurant does not serve alcohol but a great view of the pyramids.

De kamer(s) ware zeer luidruchtig. Het Hotel is gelegen aan een zeer drukken baan die 24/7 verkeer heeft. Ramen die niet geluidswerend/isolerend waren. Kamers waren matig en in mijngeval viel het bed spon uit elkaar op dag 2. Na 3x aandringen werd het gerepareerd. De balie medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar qua afspraken vaag ...

Right across the Grand Egyptian Museum but to reach it you have to cross a 4 lane expressway (each direction) or to get a taxi from the hotel 10$ roundtrip. Early departure and they prepared me a breakfast basket.!.

The whole staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room (deluxe room) had a beautiful view to the pyramids (as did the breakfast area) and was decorated in a beautiful way, and of course clean etc., and there was bottled water for us, and a water kettle and tea and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport, we even got the full breakfast anyway, and upstairs there is a restaurant--moreover they helped us organize everything we needed for the visit to GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) and offered other options for tours as well, and the airport pickup/dropoff service was very nice and attentive, too. Just note that only the airport pickup is included, the dropoff was USD30 (about 45km--we were very well taken care of by the drivers both from and to the airport). An excellent place to stay we can fully recommend and will visit again when we come back to the area.

First of all the view and the location stood out. Miriam at reception was most helpful and made our stay memorable by organising us tours and transfers anytime. The hotel is small, but the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast good.
