A better pool area

The property was very clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe. It was in a convenient location and had several shops and restaurants within 15 minutes. I came for a concert and it was only about 15 minutes from Camping World Stadium.

Last minute booking and glad it was! Near the mall and local restaurants. Would definitely recommend

It was perfect and the entire staff was kind and helpful.

Did every thing it was supposed to do and was clean and quiet. Probably a bit soul less and this place is in the middle of nowhere - apart from an intersection, but there is nothing you can walk to in Florida heat. Without a car as I was it was isolating. Staff were all fantastic I have to say. Very impressed. They lifted the place up a notch.

This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience. The accommodations were outstanding and catered to every need. Having everything readily available in the room added to the convenience and comfort. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority at this establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.

The room wasn't ready when we were going to check in and we were almost late for our event. The room it's self was very nice. Comfy beds and nice shower. I relaxed very easily. I would not recommend breakfast if you are going in a big group. Its $15 a person and $4 the drinks and they give us very VERY little options. During breakfast they charge for every little thing.

Seems to be a newly built property. Really cool lobby area with large fish tank and lots of seating to hang out. Nice area, comfortable rooms, and close to Universal parks and other attractions.

The hotel staff were very friendly and showed good professional skills. My wife and I was very satisfied and look forward to another stay.

The hotel is located close to some of the parks and shopping malls, staff is courteous, renovated & large rooms, clean rooms & facilities, nicely decorated! Good experience in general 👍
