프론트 데스크가 없지만 하나도 아쉽지 않은 컨시어지 서비스를 제공해주는 곳입니다. 카타리나가 체크인할때 맞이해주고, 아쉽거나 궁금한 것, 예약 필요한 곳이 있으면 왓츠앱 등으로 언제든 문의하고 요청할 수 있습니다. 위치도 너무 좋고, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 깨끗합니다. 아쉬운게 있다면 식탁이 없는 정도? 카타리나에게 진심으로 감사했습니다. 왜 리뷰마다 카타리나에게 고마움을 표현하는지 알겠네요^^

It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great

The room and the building space (hall, stairs, elevator, eyc) were EXTREMELY clean, modern and creatively decorated. We stayed in the Reyes Catolicos suite and it was even better in person than in pictures. The location was perfect - we could walk everywhere 5-20 minutes. Tons of restaurants and shops steps from the property. I loved the private balcony space and pool - I wish the pool were heated or jacuzzi because it was a little cold outside so we couldn’t really use the pool. Also, the tub in the bathroom is missing a rubber wedge around the drain so you can’t fill it with water, which was very disappointing. Also, the fact that if you want someone to come clean your apartment it is 30 euros each time (not included in price of apartment) was a bit disappointing. However, those are just a few small things - it was honestly worth every penny! We loved it!

Really good space and the outfit on top floor has a great outdoor sofa with shower even! Bed was firm and pillows comfy with good kitchen AND a dish washer, washing machine downstairs to share with other flats quiet within the building but there are 3 really popular tapas bars right downstairs that go on till 3-4am so if you are a light sleeper you’ll need really good ear plugs!

Location is fantastic

Todo está muy nuevo y limpio, el único "pero" es que no tiene taburetes donde poder tomarse un café en la barra de la cocina.

Amazing apartment with beautiful decor, great location.

Excellent apartment, plenty of space and good amenities. Kitchenette was well stocked, travel cot was provided clean and with bedding. Good location within walking distance of the main attractions. It was noisy on a Saturday night into the early hours but other nights were not at all. The listing says garage parking, but this isn’t at the hotel, there are local car parks at a cost.

Updated space. Quiet street with reservable parking nearby. Very walkable location.

Proche du centre et appartement impeccable. Une communication uniquement via messagerie, dommage. Nous devions avoir une bouteille de vin en cadeau pour le séjour mais malgré la relance nous ne l'avons pas eu. Hormis une communication un peu distante, rien à dire sur les prestations de l'appartement : joliment décoré, belles prestations.

Room is fully renovated with high tech control for lights and air conditioning system. Interior is super clean. This hotel is located at the center of main attraction like popular restaurants and close to Alhambra! Communication with staffs was easy and helpful. Will stay again!

Staff greeted us on arrival and showed us the room. The room was very clean and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone. It takes about 15 min to get to the Alhambra including a few minute walk to the bus stop.

Absolutamente todo. Este lugar es excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. La calefacción funcionó muy bien, el diseño nos dejó boquiabiertos, en la cocina, muy limpia por cierto, había café de bienvenida.
