Alt i alt et bra hotell. Bassenget i villaen var noe skuffende, veldig lite. Badet er adskilt fra rommet av en gardin. Veldig flott hotell basseng. God frokost

Great stay Ina stunning location. The rooms are perfect apart from the early morning noise from the corridor. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The pools have areas to relax or party. The beach is not a swimming beach.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. We had a street view, got prettt loud but got real quiet around 8pm. Lobby was very clean and even tho it got very busy staff was efficient and quick with getting us checked us.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Gewisse Gäste aber wissen wohl nichts von Anstand und Sauberkeit. Der Lärmpegel dieser Leute unakzeptabel. Ihre Kinder demnach auch sehr frech und unanständig. Türen normal schliessen ein Fremdwort. Da sollte durchgegriffen werden von der Hotelführung. Wir werden da nicht mehr hingehen schade für die Anlage.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel! Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter haben wir als äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit empfunden. Der Strand ist allerdings nicht der Beste und außerhalb des Hotels wurde man mit viel Abfall, viel Verkehr und kaputten Straßen konfrontiert, sodass es schon ziemlich gefährlich war, wenn man als Fußgänger unterwegs war. Die Fitnessgeräte müßten dringend ausgetauscht werden, sie waren zum Teil nicht mehr nutzbar. Trotzdem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it.

Empfang freundlich. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Hatten Ameisen im und am Kleiderschrank, Zimmerreinigung war ok.

Amazing atmosphere! Caring, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast has a lot of verity and everything is delicious. Quite area that is relatively close to a lot of main places of the island. Breath taking view and high quality facilities. The room is incredible with the largest bathroom I've ever seen.

Experience convenable, presence de pas mal de familles et donc d’enfants bruyants. La plage n’est pas vraiment faites ni pour se poser ni pour se baigner. Le petit dejeuner est passable, assez dense en terme de population et les murs entre les chambres ne sont pas tres epais.

The pool area is awesome. The room we had did not have nightstands beside the bed, the air conditioning was underwhelming, the television didn’t work, we had no towels on arrival (after a substantial wait), and we found a razor blade under one of the decorative towels on the shelf. As I said great pool area and the drinks there were awesome. Bartender knew his stuff and made quality drinks. Food was good as well. But the quality and care of the room was very low for a property of this pedigree. I hope this is addressed for future guests.

Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Beim Frühstück ist es laut. Stromausfall während Wind. Zimmer ringhörig. Essen kalt.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Pool and Roms are excellent. Beach front not especially good - how ever excellent Haad Ron Beach only 7min away

It’s not a villa it’s a room also bathroom is not comfortable not clean

We had an excellent stay at Vannee resort, it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant staff were all excellent and they had attentive people. The spa was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in Koh Phangan.

We stayed in a deluxe private pool villa. We came to learn that all of the villas has a 2nd floor build above them with standard rooms, which the hotel rents out to guests. During all of our stay, there was not a single night or morning that we didn’t woke up because of our neighbors from above. The ceiling is too THIN and it gets really noisy. We tried contacting the reception about this issue several times, and their solution was to downgrade our room to a standard one on the 2nd floor. To summarize, this is a great hotel, but only if you’re staying on the 2nd floor. Our stay was ruined and we’ll won’t be coming back to Vannee.

5 star resort with lots of stunning outdoor pools, sun bathing & seating areas. Overlooking the beach & sea, was walking distance to the local eating places & shops. We had an executive villa with a private plunge pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Huge king size bed and lovely bathroom with big bath & wet room shower. Downpoint was only a curtain separating the bathroom from the bedroom. We paid quite a bit for all inclusive but its actually better just to go for bed & breakfast as eating out or even at the resort with the British pound was quite cheap. The resort menu was limited, same for day & evening. Also venue took some time to honor the advertised and paid for all inclusive rate we had paid. All turned out fine in the end! Friendly, efficient staff and whole place kept very clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend this resort. Free shuttle to the ferry port was another plus!
