Loved the blackout curtains, but shelves in the bathroom would have been nice.

Loved the cool minimalist design of this hotel in a historic building with historic details. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The area is very central with an easy walk to dining, bars, shopping, transportation and the new city. It was nice to view the river, the bridges and the Bilbao hills right from the room. The city market is also very close. It is a great introduction to the city.

Great hotel, conveniently located good front desk and housekeeping, very accommodating. Would’ve preferred noon check out to 11 AM. Would return to this hotel.

Service really great. They help with the luggage to parking, welcome cava, nice room, tasty a la carte breakfest. Just at check out , they ask you if you want to leave tip... never in my life saw that scenario... in my opinion its a shame for 4 star hotel which is close to 5 stars in every aspects. Its like doorman standing with a hat and asking for money...

I stayed here one night with my husband for my birthday and it was sooo lovely! The staff immediately made it feel like a welcoming place, it was super clean and comfortable, and the location was walking distance to tons of restaurants and things to do. I hope to be lucky enough to visit Bilbao again and especially to stay at Hotel Takyo. Thank you!

チェックイン時にカバのサービス。 旧市街地のバルが近くにあり、食べることには困りません。 また川沿いをゆっくりとグッゲンハイム美術館まで歩いて、ZARAなどのショッピングができる大通りを通ってぐるっと廻って歩いてもそこまで苦ではありませんでした。 何よりこのホテルは隅から隅までオシャレでした。とてもいいホテルだと思います。

Staff were very friendly. Room was super quiet. Enjoyed the welcome drink. Easy walking distance to everywhere.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. You are in the hear of the old town and many choices of restaurants and pubs to enjoy that are good. Family friendly and walkable.

Fabulously designed property in a convenient location for all things Bilbao. Short walk to the Guggenheim, shopping and steps to the Old Town area. Our room overlooked the river and was very spacious with a modern design.

Situated just a step on the edge of Old Town, along the river, this hotel is a perfect space to explore Bilbao. Easily walkable, trammable, busable to anywhere you can find yourself needing to go. The hotel itself is stunning, immaculate, interestingly designed, and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. The river view room was quiet, Sunny, and very comfortable. Free in-room drinks, super comfy bed, and plenty of space to lounge and relax. Plus the shower has great water pressure, nice bathroom amenities, and an easy to work thermostat. Just a few steps from all kinds of boutiques, shops, different caliber restaurants, and some old Town must-sees. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel novinho e muito bem decorado. Limpo e bom atendimento. Tem estacionamento e bem situado. Fica no centro histórico e de fácil acesso às atrações da cidade.

very nice & clean hotel but the room we’ve been at was not comfortable. I liked it’s style however there were less possibilities / space to store the personal stuff. Especially the top modern bathroom did not provide enough shelves & hooks.
