The room was spacious and clean

건물이 매우 깨끗하다. 직원들이 친절하다. 수영장이 마음에 든다. 에어컨이 작동이 되다가 말다가 하였다.

The hotel was cute and the Wi-Fi environment was excellent. However, the reason I gave the lowest rating is because of the disappointing response from the hotel staff. When I returned to my room and opened my toothbrush case in the bathroom, a cockroach came in through a gap. At that moment, I asked the hotel staff to change my room, but they refused. The staff told me they had removed the cockroach from my room, so I felt relieved. However, when I opened the bathroom trash bin, I found the cockroach inside. It seems the staff did not throw it outside but simply put it in the room’s trash bin. When I tried to discuss it further, they told me, “We don’t want to change the room for you,” so I left with a very unpleasant feeling. I understand that in Cambodia, it is natural for insects to exist. But lying to guests is a different matter. It was extremely unpleasant.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Auch die ganze Atmosphäre des Hotels war super.

Room was very clean each day. Stayed 5 days. Staff very friendly but sometime a disconnect from what each person says and not all speak very good English. I would definitely stay here again.

Location isn't bad, just a short tuktuk ride into Siem Reap city centre. Staff are very nice and kind, room conditions are modest. It is what it is, no complaints. I believe it has a new name now.
