The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail.

Room was spotless, AC worked excellent too! Make sure you plug your fridge in when you get there as they leave them unplugged when not occupied. The staff went above and beyond all the time, super friendly and kind and welcoming!

The staff is really the gem of this place, from front desk, security, restaurant, literally everyone here will stop and say hello and are so kind and helpful. The room is spotless, 2 bottles of water every day, free breakfast, air conditioner works amazing. The shower wasnt as hot as I am used to but it was stilll ok

when i booked this is buffet breakfast but when we stayed they give limited food only

Staff were noisy and don’t make eye contact when talking and they keep on whispering even when you’re in front of them. The breakfast was poorly prepared, it was precooked and was served cold. Coffee served was three in one. There was a wedding the day we checked in and the music was loud, not able to rest after a long trip. Then we woke up with another event about to start and the planner was busy going up and down, the front of our room they displayed the gown for photographs. Wish they considered the comfort of the guest even if they have events.

Nice room and surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice pool (but should have a few comfortable lounge chairs near the pool) free ride to the airport. Would have received another star but the breakfast was meager and the coffee was instant and not fresh brewed. Overall a good experience. Will come back.

Overall, the state was wonderful, clean rooms and very helpful and courteous and kind staff the hotel shuttle that takes you from airport or close by places for free is a plus the shuttle also has various drop off points for a fee. This is truly amazing. There are many small details that make this hotel great in the way they do business with you and treat you. This was our second stay within a two week period will absolutely be staying there again when we are in town.

Good and nice staff

Good attempt at a nice resort. Pool filter was non operational which was a major disappointment as we really wanted to swim, but I'm not swimming in a non-filtered hotel pool. TV was cable and only partially functional. Brought the pool up with management but nothing was done. Won't stay there again 😔
