Toilet didnt work, hotwater didnt work TV was broken

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room service food was delicious.

good basic hotel. i wish the shower water was warmer

It was ok but disappointing from how it looked online. No one else was on like at check in but it still took 15 minutes for check in. Deluxe room was very small. Air conditioner was loud and the window was thin. You could hear everything outside. (was on the 2nd floor). More that half of the TV advertised channels didn't work. And the one good channel that did was cutting in and out. The room service was very quick though .
