Clean and spacious room, high ceiling, smooth check in and out, nice shower

Room amenities indicated air-conditioning, but the room does not have air-conditioning. The room was warm and we had to open the window. I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. I thought the paper cup does not cost much and the hotel should allow guests to use it after they finished their buffet breakfast. We has dinner at the cafe once.
