고성을 개조한 좀 특별한 호텔.. 수영장이나 사우나 시설이 있어 좋았다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있고 성의있는 상차림이 좋았다

다시 체코에 온다면 일부러라도 이 곳에 다시 한번 숙박하고 싶습니다. 가격만큼 서비스가 훌륭합니다.

Fabulous quiet old castle. Rooms were wonderful. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The property is nice. Many very old trees. The people who work there were just really nice. Would come back here with out question

Wow! Wow! Wow! Five stars for service, facilities, food and cleanliness. This place was beautiful and I wish we could have stayed for more than one night.

Super nice greeting from staff with flower and champagne, beautiful room, spacious, loose-leaf tea, fresh coffee, very very nice.

Everything was absolutely amazing, to the big things to every little detail. Staff was wonderful, the chateau was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the grounds were calming, the rooms were breathtaking, the food was absolutely spectacular. I could not recommend this place more for a romantic getaway.

Breakfast is good but the portion is big , we can skip lunch for the 2 days.

The whole experience was amazing from arrival to departure. It is a very beautiful place that is very well looked after. Attention to detail is evident with the staff, your room and the surroundings.

Clean and modern renovated chateau hotel. Champagne and rose for lady welcomed us upon arrival. All staffs were kind and friendly. Breakfast in the sunny garden was amazing!

Quiet place to recuperate from sleepless night in plane, food was excellent.

Das Schloss Heralec ist etwas ganz besonderes und unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig. Der alte englische Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das ganze Areal ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Der Service und das Essen sind top. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Kde jinde si odpočinout v absolutním klidu a luxusu. Servis a jídlo perfektní.

Erinomainen linnahotelli, joka on pieteetillä entisöity. Palvelu vailla vertaa, ravintola erittäin hyvä ja suomalaisittain jopa kohtuuhintainen. Hotelli ei ole halpa mutta ehdottamasti hintansa arvoinen. Erinomainen hotelli esim. romanttiselle viikonlopulle reilun tunnin ajomatkan päässä Prahan lentokentältä. Suosittelen.

Nothing to add beyond my satisfaction. The only thing which could be improved: give guests a map of the hotel when arriving... even it's nice to be lost in such environment and atmosphere.
