Worse situation in my life. No way to contact anyone. Hotels.com was just as bad on recourse because they couldn’t get a hold of owners either I was just out of luck. DONT’T allow this lodging to appear on your web sight. If you allow it then your telling people you have approved it!!

Arrived at property, it is NOT a hotel, rather a house.. no one there ,no one answered call, stood outside for an hour before we could be rebooked to another property.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
