Very smart and well-maintained hotel on the edge of San Sebastian's Old Town (good location for exploring the city and going to the pintxos bars) with friendly and obliging staff on reception. Free tea and coffee available in reception which was a nice perk.

Lovely little hotel. The door is difficult to find, it’s next to the supermarket entrance. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room, although compact, had everything you would require for a San Sebastián stay. The location was brilliant! The free coffee machine in the foyer was an added bonus and the non alcoholic beverages in the mini bar too. Highly recommend.

Great location, very comfortable

I really recommend this hotel. Near the old town but also nice and quiet during nighttime.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til. Det er kort vei å gå til det meste. Det er også nær busser, f.eks. til monte Igueldo. Rommet for én person var ekstremt lite, men har alt du trenger. Internett var litt ustabilt. Jeg hadde et interiour rom, og det var stille om natten. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.

It was on the second floor and signage and instructions were poor on how to access the hotel. It did have an elevator luckily! It was otherwise terrific! Very helpful staff and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

My first stay at a pension. Nicolasa has an amazing location in Old Town very walkable to sights and most of the famous pinxto bars. 24 hour coffee service at reception. Great air conditioning. A BM grocery market is right next door— very convenient!

Well located boutique hotel very close to the old town, easy to get to many great bars and restaurants. Comfortable modern room, but shower not very good. Very helpful and friendly receptionist.

Location was perfect.Room was perfect easy access with elevator great coffee and tea offered 24/7. It was a delight to stay here. I would definitely stay here again. It added to our experience here in San Sebastian. I cannot. Recommend this enough. The bed is super comfortable. It's a clean room smells great. Has a nice little Balcony. Near everything

This was a great choice for exploring San Sebastian. Just a few steps from the Old Town with all its pintxos but also close to parks, beaches and other attractions. Our "Economy" room was small (the large bed filled all the available floor space) but spotless with all the amenities. And the espresso machine in the lobby was a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the staff, who were welcoming, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. Three first floor rooms share a terrace, which is a nice option, especially for families. And some of the other rooms are larger. But if you're out and about all day, the economy room is fine. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a no thrills property executed perfectly. The location is second to none. Room was spotless and we enjoyed the water coffee and coke provided each day. They even had umbrellas for the rainy day we had.

部屋がとても綺麗で、シャワーの水圧も問題なかった。エアコンも完備されており、涼しく快適だった。また、スタッフがとても感じ良くチェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれたことが嬉しかった。部屋内にケトルとチェアーがなかったことだけが残念でしたが、それ以外は最高でした。

Great location and a friendly staff

Lokationen var virkelig ideel og nemt at gå til alle dele af centrum. Personalet var venlig og hjælpsom. Værelset var ret småt og det var virkelig lydt både ud til gaden og de andre værelser

El aire acondicionado no funcionó y hacía calor. Es la segunda vez en un hotel Español que nos pasa. Nos dicen que están programandos para calor y no lo pueden cambiar. Son sistemas ineficientes. Es una lastima porque no pudimos dormir a gusto porque tampoco podríamos abrir las ventanas por el humo de cigarro de los vecinos.

This is a little gem of a pensione -- steps away from all the action in San Sebastian. It was absolutely perfect in every way and I look forward to coming back for another visit!
